Love this studio, has a nice community vibe. Highly recommend Nkoula's African dance classes (w/ live drumming!!), yoga w/ Sondra and Leslie (Iyengar). Have not taken the other classes but I'm guessing they're great too.

Gorgeous space in the heart of the town of Hudson. I booked their last class on a Thursday evening - as it was right before the Fourth of July holiday it was just a class for me and I absolutely loved it -Chloe was the instructor and she was just amazing. I left feeling really really good.. The space was huge and just really lovely to do yoga and I wish I lived a little bit closer as I would be there all the time.

In town for a night and attended a class with Sondra. So glad I did! Beautiful space, welcoming, and strong Hatha practice for all levels.

I find the classroom to be very cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. Additionally the studio is not accessible to all given the two floors of steps required to climb to get to the studio. Nice community of practitioners.

Fun and playful yoga. I am new and donβt know what Iβm doing, and learned a lot and had a great time. The space is glorious β high ceilings and perfect light. Sondra plays the harmonium at the end and meanders in and out of chants and buffalo springfield. Lots of smiles. Iβm better for it. Go. Now. People.

Sadhana Center For Yoga and Meditation is a sanctuary located near the beautiful Hudson River in Upstate NY. Classes are head clearing, healing and creative. You'll find dynamic teachers and a great community of people that come from all over the Hudson Valley area and beyond. Absolutely make sure to attend one of Sondra Loring's magical transcendental classes. Easily one of my favorite Yoga/Meditation studios in the country. All takes place in a beautiful historic building where the even the room itself has it's own charm. Sadhana Center is an upstate diamond!

Since first seeing its founder move in 2002, brilliantly, in NYC I have felt unspeakably touched by the quality of Sondra Loring and Sadhana. A treasure of Hudson. NY!

I have had the honor of studying and practicing at Sadhana Center for Yoga and Meditation for over 12 years including a wonderful teacher training. The teachers are inspirational, encouraging, generous with their knowledge and welcoming to all bodies who enter the space. There is an amazing emphasis on learning new approaches to the practice and encouragement for everyone to explore our authentic way. I am grateful for being part of the Sadhana community, which I feel I am, even though I live a few hours away. I highly recommend studying Yoga and Mediation at Sadhana.

Sadhana is one of the most longstanding and reputable yoga centers in the city of Hudson and in the region. Classes are of a wonderful and personalized quality. The feeling is positive and warm as well as safe. Proper cleanliness is observed. I enjoy practicing at Sadhana and have for many years -past present and future.

Best yoga studio and teachers in the Hudson Valley. I love Sondra and her offerings, trainings, and the instructors she has chosen to represent her studio. They were right there on Zoom immediately after the pandemic surfaced and continue with hybrid and in studio (masked) classes. Run, donβt walk to find a class. Yin and the Art of Yoga are my faves.

It's hard to say just how incredible Sondra is at teaching yoga in general but on zoom no less-- she's beyond amazing. She's funny, has a brilliant way of sequencing a practice, is trauma informed so no forcing any poses or anything for that matter. She is a community creator and a social justice warrior. Sondra's authentic care and commitment to her students is foremost in her classes-- in fact, all of the teachers at Sadhana are just as committed and wonderful!

Online classes are addictive (and reasonably priced) -- Sondra Loring provides a masterful class equal parts stretch, strength, centeredness and exploration. Like a box of chocolates, each class brings unexpected joy, depth and simplicity -- and the overall flow is deeply nurturing.
