My wife and I have been going since the pandemic. We are (now) 60+. They have a good selection of trainers for whatever your needs. I’ve worked with 4 of them.
My wife works on balance and strength.
I am strength, flexibility and balance.
They also have trainers whose workouts are more cardio focused.
Young or old, highly recommend Mike, Eileen, Morgan and Dom.

Simply Fit is the best. I have been trying to work out in the am for 15 years with 0 success, but once I signed up and started going at 6am on Tue and Thu I have yet to cancel once. Mike is a pleasure to work with, and the workouts are varied and very effective. Highly recommend.

At first I thought it was too easy, but when they get to know you, you get pushed as hard as you want to go. I think it's called "functional exercise" where they work on cardio, strength and balance all at once. I love it.
