An amazing experience on New Years Eve; a challenging but approachable yoga class and a sound bath with singing bowls and a gong. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly- I can’t wait to go back!

Kelly came to us for an on-site, one hour class for my family for a special birthday weekend. It was amazing! We were a group of 7 people of all different ages, sizes, experience, and genders, and everyone left saying it was the highlight of their weekend. She was so communicative and easy to plan with, prompt, sincere, and lovely.

Amazing hot studio! Classes range from a more bikram style to serious vinyasa flow yoga. Highly recommend checking this place out - great addition to any day by taking the time to connect with your mind and body through Kelly's classes!
