I thoroughly enjoy working out at this Dojo. I have been going for several months and my strength and balance has improved. I work out with KB weights and circuit training. Sergey is fun and professional, when he comments on my technique I feel the difference immediately. I am 65 life is easier and better when being fit and strong. I recommend SMAK for everyone.

Our entire family trains at SMAK. It is a family atmosphere that encourages hard work and self betterment. Sergey is one of the best instructors any of us have ever trained under. SMAK offers everything from karate, to Aikido, to kettlebell classes. There are even Self Defense classes to make you feel safer in today's society. Excellent combination of fun, fitness, and martial arts.

Best Dojo for kids and adults. The training environment encourages diversity. Training includes Aikido, Karate, Russian Kettlebell and CrossFit Core Fitness. Try it and you will get hooked and feel good about yourself and your environment.
