I hate the new membership model. Impossible to book a class and then when I am able to there are always empty machines

I like Solidcore, but not the Greenwich location. It is poorly maintained; the water fountain has been out of order for as long as I can remember.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. Having been to nearly every Pilates studio in LA and NYC, I can confidently say this one is the best of the best—especially this particular location. The energy here is fantastic, and the entire team is welcoming and positive. The front desk staff is friendly and always ready to help, and the instructors are exceptional. It’s almost like they have superpowers; they can spot even the smallest adjustments needed from across the room.
The attention to detail here is unmatched—down to every last touch. They even have organic tampons available! The music choice is awesome too, making every session even more enjoyable and motivating. If you’re looking to get in amazing shape and actually enjoy the process, this is the place to be. Special shoutout to Coach Stacey and Coach Jack—you both are incredible!

First Pilates class and I definitely loved it. Megan was excellent! Even though I was new, she was correcting me all the time. It’s hard guys, but that’s what we want 💪🏼🤩. I didn’t feel the music super loud as other comments, but this class had a decent level of sound.

If the sound level is :"unbearable" I don't know why they insist on maintaining it, or do what other studios and gyms do and use bluetooth so that people can adjust their own volume. I feel badly for the neighbors as it is in a residential building.

I recently attended a solidcore reformer class, and it was a very disappointing experience. The noise level in the studio was unbearable - music blasting, the instructor shouting over it, and weighs hitting the floor constantly. I could barely hear the instructions. Instead of feeling motivated, I left the session with a headache and zero desire to return. If you're looking for a workout where you can focus on your body, this isn't it.

Cute studio in a very convenient part of the Village! The entrance is pretty easy to find as the solidcore logo is displayed front and center. There is a small locker area and the studio space is very large, though the machines are spaced a little too close for my preference. Bumping into one of these in the dark is not a pleasant experience.
I took a class with GG and she was really great! She gave us all an excellent workout, with extra shakes, and a very positive demeanor. I felt motivated enough to push myself to try some new movements with her pep!

This studio starts classes at 5:30am-6am and disturbs our morning and evening peace everyday monday through sunday. Please do not sign up for classes here as we've repeatedly asked building management and solidcore to turn down music and PA system and they refuse. Also when you drop weights on the floor it sounds like thunder!!

I absolutely love taking class with Stacy W. She is a supportive, thoughtful and inspiring teacher. She gives clear directions throughout the class, offers encouragement and really motivates every student to show up for themselves. If you are new to Solidcore (and maybe a little nervous like I was) I highly recommend her class!

Love Solidcore! Although it can feel fast paced and challenging, the instructors are helpful and supportive. I’ve taken classes from several different coaches here and at other locations - all of whom are excellent.

If you are planning on going once or twice a week then solidcore is ok (personally I think BodyRok is better), but anything more than that is not worth it. I had an unlimited membership for a month and the workouts are the same every day. There's no variation.
Their customer service is also terrible. I had to ask 3 times in person to cancel my membership (the app says you MUST do it in person), then ended up having to email and call headquarters and STILL got charged an additional month.
They also randomly charged me for waters and I had to email them to remove the charges.
