I started Solidcore this year, and am thoroughly satisfied. For some, the repetition of movements isn’t enjoyable, but it truly is what has set Solidcore apart from other gyms—results happen SO much faster! The UWS location has some of the most energetic trainers I have ever worked with, and this is coming from a retired D1 athlete. If you’re looking for something challenging enough to keep you entertained, but low-impact enough to avoid injury, Solidcore will be your best friend. The only reason I would ever give a lower rating would be when referencing their membership prices. Their membership programs are definitely pricey, and not accessible to all, but they aren’t kidding when they say their classes WILL become your new obsession & you’ll immediately want to purchase a membership despite the up-charge.
