Just dropped in to Sona and I highly recommend this facility to anyone staying in the area. Coach Trish was awesome, super welcoming, and I got to partner with Cindy who is an absolute beast!! The facility is super clean, sneaky big, with ample (and new) equipment throughout. I couldnβt have been more impressed with the experience, and will definitely drop in again the next time Iβm in town.

I was visiting family for Thanksgiving and a family member recommended SONA for CrossFit. I was able to squeeze in a few classes and was so grateful for how welcoming the staff and members at SONA were. All three coaches I had the opportunity to take classes with were great, but I especially appreciated Joelleβs motivational energy and Sherylβs coaching cues and focus on technique. Iβll definitely be dropping in the next time Iβm in town!

I never knew the true definition of a crossfit community until I joined Sona! The members are so friendly, the coaches are knowledgeable and always push you to try new things in a safe manner, and the environment itself is so positive and supportive of your goals and aspirations, regardless of your fitness level! I love the variety of classes offered and being able to attend different ones to mix up my routine. My time spent at Sona always brightens my day and there is never a class that goes by without a laugh! I consider this gym my "happy hour" spent with members who have become more like family! <3 If you are new to the Crossfit world, I highly recommend checking out this place. :)

Everyone is really friendly. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. The workouts can all be scaled so you can do CrossFit with no previous experience in CrossFit.

I love SONA! I started with the spin classes, and then I joined the CrossFit classes. The coaches are knowledgeable and positive. They have helped me reach my short-term fitness goals, and they encourage me to keep working toward my long-term fitness goals. The staff, coaches, and athletes are all committed to helping individuals reach their personal fitness goals.
The space is great, the classes are fun, the coaches are excellent, and the community is awesome!! Come check it out!!

Participating in the 28 day nutrition challenge was an awesome experience and helped me to see how changing simple habits one step at a time can make a difference. Unlike other diets I have tried where you change everything at once and it becomes overwhelming and difficult to stick with, this plan introduced changes slowly, building on successes and helped me to create new healthy habits over a few weeks. It helped me to see how even things like sleep have an impact on my nutrition. The coaches were great and were always there to give suggestions and encouragement. In 28 days I've lost weight and inches in a simple way that didn't stress me out or make me calorie count. I loved it so much I've continued with the FuelSona Nutrition program and my coach!

the plate method is a simple program to follow .learned to read labels better to reduce sugar and sodium which reduced inflammation and blotting. plenty of simple recipes. made breakfast pre planning easier. worth trying.

The nutrition programs at Sona are fantastic. The nutrition challenges are awesome ways to better understand food and to make better and more educated choices about the foods you are eating (or not eating). All of the coaches are extremely supportive and provide excellent information, feedback, and motivation! If you are looking to improve your nutrition habits, I would highly recommend it!

CrossFit Sona and FUELSona are both amazing. I have been a member of Sona for close to 1 year and I have felt like I was a part of a great community from day 1. Sona offers so many choices for class times and different types of classes from Olympic Weightlifting, Fit Fire Boot Camps, Spinning, Yoga, to regular CrosssFit WOD's. And now I have found the FUELSona program which is also amazing. I just finished my 1st FUELSona New Year, NewHabit 28-day Challenge. I had a blast with this challenge. The camaraderie, education, recipe sharing, accountability-both to myself and to others-was just what I needed to help kickstart getting myself back on track with my overall healthy eating. Prior to the challenge I was not doing very good in the department of eating healthy, eating vegetables, or following a low fat diet. I am not where I want to be but I'm much closer than when I started. The coaches at CrossFit Sona are the best in the business. There is so much experience and knowledge about fitness, diet, exercise, stretching, and how to have fun while working out it makes it so easy to want to keep going back for more. If you're looking to take your fitness, health, and eating habit seriously while having a blast doing it, you need to check out CrossFit Sona. You will not regret the decision to join tribe for one second.

6 month edit: It is tough to stay objective to write this review because of how attached I've become to the people and this place but that should say a lot. The gym is kept squeaky clean π The best coaches I've ever had. The best people to work out with. I can't say anything but good things.

You will not find a cleaner gym with more welcoming, caring, and knowledgeable coaches! The members are very diverse in age and strengths, so you will find it easy to fit in as well as people to challenge you in every area. As someone who did a lot of shopping for a good gym, I highly recommend you give SONA a close look!

I like this crossfit gym and the price is about the same as any crossfit gym. They're actually expanding and will have a better facility sometime around the end of May 2018.
