The SotoMethod is a mix of cardio and sculpting movements designed to maximize burn and efficiently deliver a full-body workout.
SOTO stands for Sixty on. Ten on.
We fire up each muscle group with a 60-second isometric hold and we sustain that burn through a series of 10 dynamic movements. And we move on.
That same isometric hold becomes your active recovery. We optimize your time through intentional transitions: as one muscle recovers, the next one ignites.
Every second counts. Soto classes are rooted in the belief that challenging workouts strengthen our mental fortitude. Holding on for just one more second serves as a powerful physical reminder of your will, allowing you to leverage that agency in all aspects of your life.

Love the SotoMethod and their studio so much. Always clean and a friendly space. What Hilary has built is exceptional which is a testament to the kind of person she is. Instructors are amazing I love class with Candace, Dani, and Natalie!

I recently went to SOTO Method in Tribeca for a special event hosted by Sam Edelman, and it was such a cool experience! We got to try one of their signature classes and I can honestly say—it’s not your average workout. The vibe is elevated, the energy is empowering, and the burn is real (in the best way).
The studio is clean, minimal, and super chic—right in the heart of Downtown Manhattan. The class focused on sculpting, strength, and mindful movement with a strong emphasis on form and full-body engagement. You definitely feel every muscle—but you also leave feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.
SOTO Method offers a mix of classes including SOTO Sculpt, Power Flow, and Stretch, perfect for anyone looking to build long, lean muscle and improve posture and alignment. The instructors are super knowledgeable and welcoming, even for first-timers.
If you’re in Tribeca or anywhere near Lower Manhattan and looking for a luxury fitness studio that blends intensity with elegance, SOTO Method is a must-try.

Wow! One of the hardest workouts I've done but I have never felt better after a workout then I did after SotoSweat with Tara. Tara was an absolutely fantastic instructor, very helpful and understanding but helped to push everyone to do their very best. I appreciated the different weight options and modifications that were offered for certain exercises. I feel the results after just once class and will definitely be back, once my muscles recover a little bit :)

Sotomethod WORKS. Hilary commands the space in such a clear, positive and safe manner. The class has no surprises but as a fellow fitness trainer, this class is tough, mentally and physically. Try them out!

Hilary was incredible! So welcoming and motivating. The workout is tough but how the class is structured makes it easier to push through each series. Playlist was banging, the vibe is great, and it is not an intimidating environment at all - which is really nice!

Run, don’t walk to this beautiful new work out studio. I’ve been obsessed with the online format of Soto for a while, but being able to take the class in real life took it to the next level. The space is large, clean and smells incredible (weird to say for a workout studio, I know). And oh the people! The ladies of Soto are all warm, welcoming and kind. I can’t wait to take my next class there!

Soto was incredible - the studio was immaculate (clean, high ceilings, open air flow, plus plenty of mirrors) and the team was remarkably personable and knowledgeable.
Each exercise was broken into attainable durations (20s) and plenty challenging if you push yourself — love focusing on one muscle group at a time to truly burn them out… haven’t felt my lower abs this sore in a minute.
Excited to see what this team will achieve!

Heard so many amazing reviews about Soto Method and this in-person workout exceeded my expectations! The Tribeca studio is so unique with amazing natural light and fun music. Grace’s class was incredibly motivating; I knew I had to bring my boyfriend next time. So fun taking on side leg series in Gina’s class with him. On both occasions, there was such a strong sense of community and I left feeling so grounded with the brief breathwork after such a full-body push. Soto Method is no doubt now a part of my weekly routine.
