I exercised with an instructor a long time ago and I had not found someone like Marisha. She is a very good instructor and she also knows what she does and is very encouraging. She motivates you. Let's go and pushes him to do things. There are very few instructors like Marisha. It is also a very relaxing atmosphere and the whole class. Very nice people. I am fascinated with the class and I am already going back to food and everything I did before. Thank you Marisha for all your help. My life has totally changed. I feel much more active.
