I’ve been at Sportime Port Washington for the past 1.5 years, and it’s been an amazing tennis journey. I started as a complete beginner and was lucky to be coached by two incredible professionals.

Coach Ilya Skobelev was my first coach, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He taught me proper form from the start and really pays attention to the details that matter. He pushes you to improve while staying encouraging and patient. You can feel how much he genuinely cares about helping his students grow. Ilya is a true asset to Sportime, and I hope upper management recognizes the value he brings.

Coach Ofir, who leads the Friday Zone and Road to Nationals, brings energy and creativity to every class. He keeps things fun and challenging by constantly switching up gameplay rules, making every session exciting and different.

The facility itself is top-notch—recently renovated, always clean, and clearly getting even better over time. It’s a great place to train.

Also, big shoutout to Jojo and Natalie at the front desk—they’re friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

Highly recommend Sportime Port Washington if you’re looking for great coaches, a clean and modern facility, and a supportive tennis community!

Love it. Lots of dedicated pickleball courts. Well designed layout to eliminate balls flying from other courts, room for ernies and atps and they eliminated any distraction of passer-bys. Good over look for people to watch. Will definitely be back

I rediscovered this facility about a year ago as I got drawn into playing Pickleball more and more. This is a great place to play and meet like minded players. 12 dedicated new courts, pro shop, indoor track, bathrooms and lounge area. This place is kept spotless! The staff is great and they have programs to suit all levels throughout the week. Here at least 3 Xs a week. Book a court or go to a scheduled open play, it's a ton of fun. Oh, they do offer clay and hard courts and a golf sim too!

Just joined after playing a few times on Saturdays and Sundays. Up and Down Pickleball well run and organized. Place is very clean and courts are perfect. Lighting is excellent and staff is friendly. Not much more you can ask for.

Amazing, we have a big group and have always been accommodated for.

Instructors are very knowledgeable about the rules and give tips that will help you in the game as it can be very daunting when you first start. Make sure you ask your questions about the game!

Their equipment prices are lower comparative to places like Dick’s Sporting Goods. My paddle was $10 less at Sportime plus -$5 from the instructors when I did the pickle ball classes. Completely selfless of them to give us the discount rather than take the commission.

Just joined Sportime they have multiple facilities across Long Island and as a member you have access to all of them. With membership you get one complementary clinic class and an hour of court time off peak that changes every month. My experience at the Port Washington location was positive. I attended a zone class, I had a great time the coaches and players were all very friendly. The clay courts were in great condition and the lighting was good. I will be playing here again!

Went there for my son Tennis tournament, the place is huge, so many tennis courts. The only downside: too close to the water (north shore Long Island) humidity and mold stains the ceiling. The place is clean and large parking lot as well.
