Played open play pickleball for the first time on 5 new courts. The courts and level of play was very good! Lighting is good, but could use covers over the lights to reduce glare. Sometimes blinding when looking up, but other than that, it was fantastic!

Our charity, Building on Love, Inc. hosted a 3-day pickleball fundraiser at Sportime Schenectady. We could not be happier with the results. Michael Amico was a huge help in planning and promoting our event. He had great insights that helped us avoid issues. And, from the moment we started to load in, Michael and his colleagues were right there to help. The facility was clean and well kept. Our guests had a great time. For many of them, this was their first time at the facility, and they were all impressed. We had a successful event and a lot of fun!

Amazing facilities. Indoor/Outdoor tennis, pickle ball, fitness facilities and lounge all at the highest level. Even ice for the water bottles! It was a real pleasure to visit Sportime.

Spend your pickleball dollars elsewhere. This place is a mess. The website list of offerings hasn’t been updated since the fall (it’s now June). The front desk says everything they offer is available on the app, but, after leaving 3 vm messages plus a message with the front desk, when I finally got a text message from Mike A. with the offerings, there were play opportunities that are not listed electronically anywhere. Went an hour prior to some up/down play that was mentioned in the text message I received and was asked to fill out some paperwork. Then I was told they like to keep play to even numbers, so you need to sign up in advance. I was told I could join (the place is an hour away from me), but that then it wouldn’t be ladder play, which is the whole reason I went. Not sure if anyone there cares about making money, but you just lost me and the entire group I play with locally as customers.
