I been at this gym for 2 years now. I love how clean it is. I love the plan I have and I love the fact that it doesn't smell or draw crowds of people. I get what I need done in a timely manner and the staff is very helpful. Now I won't condone the small gym coaches they have there cuz I wasted my money on that. But overall I learned my lesson and work out and leave. I do tell many people to go there. It's worth it.

Never went to this club once, I was signed up over the internet and NEVER actually went to the gym. They wouldn't let me quit, you have to quit in person. I filed fraud with bank but that didn't work. I still owe $253.93 because they kept billing me after I closed the account that they were billing. I was billed for over a year before that. What they don't even disclose is that there is also a $40 yearly maintenance fee on top of the $10 a month membership. I get collection notices all the time and also emails to rejoin. I am really holding out for a class action lawsuit. If you can join online you should be able to quit online. If you do join online you get nothing in the mail or anything saying you've joined. Their billing company will just keep billing you until you notice with no actual contract ever signed. Worst customer service experience ever!

Good facilities however, BE WARNED if you need to cancel your membership they won't do so unless you go back to the club in person!! Or send a certified mail letter - yep pity they do this but then if you're leaving they clearly don't want you back.

I've used their club 2-5 times a week for the last 6 months. I found their equipment to be an excellent selection and in good condition, their staff to be (mostly) friendly and always accommodating. I found it to be reasonably clean. It is a great value if you just plain want good equipment to work out with and no frills. They do have free sun tanning someone else may value. Someday I might use the free sauna in the locker room and I never went to their gym after midnight so I don't miss them being open 24 hours a day as advertised when I bought my membership.

(They could benefit from the low cost of a place to lock your bicycle up outside the front door and their free sweat washcloths are pretty fricking harsh sometimes lol. Nothing that is a big deal though really. )

I lost the key to my lock and they cut the lock off for me for free. I got charged for that at Bally's. I lost my scan tag twice and they replaced it immediately for no charge. Bally's would have charged me. They did these things pleasantly and with zero glitches or drama.

Basically, for a hundred bucks cash, you get a very solid value. I say go ahead and do it if you just want a decent place to work out on good equipment. They have been honorable in my book.

Peace and prosperity,
Larry
