Steve did a great job coaching me through his "high intensity" workouts. His instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I could feel myself getting stronger as the weeks progressed. My favorites were the exercises involving the "heavy duty" strap. Our sessions were virtual, and I can only imagine how great they would be if they were in person to get more hands-on instruction from Steve. I have definitely incorporated several of the exercises into my at home gym routine.
