Been a member for about 2 months now, and have already noticed improvement in my balance and strength. Absolutely love coming here, it’s always a fun vibe with great music, and all the coaches have been awesome!! Special shoutout to Tyler as he always goes the extra mile to make sure we all feel welcomed, and throw in extra boosts of motivation and self-improvement talk, which is so important to me❤️

Took the strong + class with Jess H. It was a really interesting class format, there are portions using the reformer, portions using cardio and free weights. The tv screens showing the exercises during the workout were helpful as well.

I get great whole body workouts with a good mix of strength and stability work with these classes!! I love the workouts, atmosphere, music, and intensity during the classes. This place is such a good fit if you’re always looking for new challenging workout classes and/or consistent classes that are essential for your fitness journey!!

The place is welcoming , clean , & friendly . I began my strong Pilates journey this week after a shift in my career limited time for routine workouts and the gym. I have been able to find balance in my schedule to attend the 45 minute classes that are offered throughout the day, which is crucial for being able to commit and sustain! The classes are high energy, keep me engaged, and I FEEL it!!! It’s a perfect combination that support me feeling strong, developing my core and balance, and also has my heart pumping! I feel amazing after each workout (that has been kicking my butt, but expected). The instructors are friendly, and even though it’s a group class they are attentive and come over to provide guidance and support (which I really needed)! The playlists are also awesome and keeps the energy high!

So happy Strong came to the neighborhood! Their classes offer a great mix of pilates, strength, and cardio. The instructors are high energy, and the environment is welcoming.

As someone who considers themselves somewhat* fit (I lift heavy things up and put them back down and take cardio cycle classes) I can honestly say my experiences at Strong have been 5 stars. I have never* taken a Pilates class before-or anything Pilates inspired, so I wasn't feeling confident going in. I told every instructor pre class that this is a whole new playing field for me, and I would like to be corrected, have guidance etc. as I want to learn the proper techniques/form. I have now taken all classes Strong offers and I cannot choose a favorite as I am so impressed by not only the class structure itself, but, I have already seen a positive difference in my body. The instructors constantly walk around the room (which I appreciate) and also demo the sets. There are also TVs hanging above with a demo playing that syncs to your set/block. There is always something to follow which I appreciate. I also love that the instructors tell you which cables to use if you're feeling strong (or extra strong if you want a challenge/level up). I feel very guided and secure in every class. I have taken classes with both owners, Tino and Pat, an upper loaded class with Jess H, a lower loaded class, a Strong full body class with Jess K. and Tyler, and a Strong Sweat class with Ashley. I always choose the bike as my cardio machine as being on a bike that goes nowhere is probably the only thing that gave me some security. Ha! The showers and studio have a crisp modern esthetic and they're spotless. The cool eucalyptus infused towels that are given to each brave participant at the end of every class my highlight by far!

STRONG is INCREDIBLE!!! the studio, the staff, the workout, the vibes are all amazing !!! I have been doing Pilates for a long time and this is by far the best mix of cardio, strength; and traditional Pilates flow. The instructors are so friendly and motivating. I already feel a difference in my physique and i can’t wait to keep coming back!!! Tino & Pat are so kind and amazing human beings. Even if you’ve never taken pilates before you need to take a class! You will not be disappointed.

53 year old, ex marathon runner here! Had to stop due to multiple ankle injuries. Haven’t had a regular work out routine in years. My wife and I joined STRONG as soon as it opened and it’s been great! If you want to build muscle, balance, stamina, and flexibility, this is the place to be! I highly recommend joining. Tino, Pat, and the instructors have been welcoming and made me feel comfortable as one of the few men there. The instructors are attentive and helpful with any modifications I’ve needed.

Hands down the best place to get healthy and in shape. I've tried several work out studios in the area and this is the only one I actually look forward to going to. It's the perfect blend of cardio, strength, and pilates.
The energy and positivity radiating from everyone there is so encouraging. Instructors are very engaging and attentive so you never feel like you're lost. I love the screens in the room that show what the current movement is too. The cold eucalyptus towel at the end is such an amazing touch.
It's only been 2.5 weeks and I already feel so much stronger. Definitely recommend!

50 year old here! Have always loved Pilates so when I saw STRONG opening, I knew I had to give it a try. And I’m so glad I did. Pat and Tino invite you in with warmth and attention. The space is gorgeous and spotless. The instructors and fun and helpful. And the workout…WOW! What a lovely mix of Pilates and cardio. It’s high energy but low impact. The instructors help me modify as much as I need. My husband and I are loving our new workout spot and are already feeling STRONGer! Thanks SPWP 💪 💕

I had such a fantastic experience at Strong Pilates in Williston Park with Tino as the instructor. After being out of my regular workout routine, I was a bit nervous going in—but the warm, welcoming environment put me at ease right away.
Tino was so encouraging and attentive, creating a space where everyone, no matter their fitness level, felt comfortable and supported. The workout was definitely challenging, but in the best way—empowering, energizing, and incredibly rewarding.
The class had such a positive vibe, and the sense of community made the whole experience even better. I left feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back. Highly recommend!

The most amazing studio I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and motivating. I felt welcomed right when I walked in and the instructors are hands on to make you feel comfortable. The studio is spacious, clean and I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone!

Incredible space! From the moment you walk in, there’s a calm, zen vibe — then once class starts, the energy shifts to motivating and uplifting. The studio is spotless, and you can tell the owners truly care. They even stick around after class to chat, which makes it feel so welcoming.
The instructors are high-energy, encouraging, and attentive. They make sure you’re doing each movement correctly and offer modifications for both easier and more challenging options. I felt completely comfortable asking questions, especially since some movements are trickier for me after having a baby.
This place is exactly what I need to get my core back. I’ll definitely be joining!

I love doing Pilates and always looking to try something different. This workout is the perfect combination of strength and sweat. The studio is stunning and the workout is a challenge. The short cardio blocks are a perfect burst of energy to give that small sweat while the Pilates inspired blocks are perfect for fine tuning coordination and core strength. Will definitely be back!

BEST PILATES STUDIO I’VE EVER BEEN TO! The studio is very clean and I am greeted with a friendly smile every time I walk in. All of the staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Throughout the class the instructors were very engaged and hands on with form corrections. The instructors made sure that everyone was using correct form and modifying the techniques as needed for each individual. Thanks to the instructors the class was not only challenging for advanced members but also suitable for beginners as well.

Overall not bad, felt that it lacks attention to details as the class holds a large group of ppl.
Would like to see the Instructor correct or help ppl's postures as people were confused doing some movements and doing it wrong the entire time.
Not sure if it's beginner friendly...hopefully they will add classes for beginners so the Instructor can help with postures and movements.

DO NOT come here UNLESS you are willing to sweat 🥵 AMAZING experience with Jess K as our pilates coach! Loved the TVS inside the room in case you need a clarification on any workout poses, staff very friendly and welcoming,definitely coming back! Last but not least,at the end of the class they gave me a nice eucalyptus cold scented towel 🫶🏻
