If you want to see a difference is your strength, endurance, and body…..please go see Kevin and Jen! I participated in their 6 week Stronger Body Boot Camp and I love the results I see. I’m not gonna lie, I was fussing and stuff because I felt every move and was sore, but it was well worth it. So well worth it that I stayed on for semi-private training. Took me awhile to β€œcommit”, but when I did and felt and saw results in 2-3 weeks you can’t stop. It’s a life changer and life saver. In 3short months I’ve lost 25lbs, and my endurance is best in years.Kevin and Jen really care and can have you do a workout with modified exercises if something bothers you on a given day. I’m 61 and in best condition I’ve been in for a loooong time. Go ahead, give it a go when enough is enough and your ready to commit!πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

I absolutely LOVE working out with Jen! She is very professional and has tons of knowledge about diet and exercise. I enjoy the one on one training with her! I’m always looking forward to my sessions with Stronger Body. The workouts are 30 mins each, but you do so much within the 30 minute sessions-I actually have fun coming here. I feel like I got an hour in at least. It was my first time ever using a personal trainer and I would never want to switch anywhere else. I hit the jackpot finding this gem. I’m very lucky to have it so close to home.

I’ve never been a β€œgym person”. I enjoy doing a walk/ run outside to stay in shape and relieve stress. I needed to incorporate strength training into my exercise plan & I am so happy I did. I’ve been a client of Stronger Body Group Fitness for 6 months now and I have improved my split pace when I run & I am medium where I was once large. They are so incredibly patient and encouraging. Awesome place with fantastic staff! They work with me to strengthen my lower back muscles and help me get in shape. I've been with the gym about 4 months now and I feel so much stronger and have much better stamina. I've had 1 friend and my mother join since I started and they love it too.
