I first discovered SPF through Class Pass but officially joined the gym in September 2021 and couldn't be happier with my decision. It's the only gym I've gone to that I've been able to attend with consistency. The trainers and other clients are all great and it has a good sense of community since it's a smaller local shop. Despite not being a morning person, it's a great way to start my day. The trainers are also very flexible with my busy schedule and always working with me and pushing me to get my workouts in. Couldn't recommend it more for anyone looking for a gym.

This is a place where trainers can bring their clients. I worked out here today and subsequently committed to 100 session package bc the facility is spacious, immaculate, fully loaded w high quality equipment, has friendly management, clean locker rooms and they're super cautious re COVID (they wipe clean all the equipment frequently, lots of sanitizer and cleaning supplies throughout, a touch-free foot pedal activated water cooler etc). I feel lucky to have found Structure Park Ave.

A friend of mine referred me to Structure when I was looking for a gym with functional fitness training equipment and space. Coach Kev was easy to get in contact with and was straight forward with membership options. The gym was always clean and had everything I needed from equipment to the locker rooms. Having access to showers made it easy to get in/out in the morning before work. Although I never took advantage of the classes or group training offered, all of the trainers and coaches in the gym were friendly, approachable, and knowledgable. Structure provided a small gym community feel and was perfect for what I was looking for.

When I moved to Manhattan I tried many gyms but never found what I was looking for until I tried Structure Park Avenue. The gym has a familiar yet professional environment, all the staff knows you by name since the very first day, always smiling and know how to cheer you up too! What counts most is that the trainers are highly qualified and committed to your success, whether you are doing a personal session with them or only taking courses. I could see visible results in just 6 weeks of classes plus 6 personal training sessions. Their nutritional support is excellent. I've never managed to be on a diet before, but Jordan helped me out with a personalized plan that turned it into something that was easy to do and good to eat, even for an Italian like me. Thanks to Abel, Gerry and Breeanna, I feel happier, stronger, better! Strongly recommend!

I was very impressed with the entire staff at Structure. I came in doing their six week challenge, and they really revolutionized how I think about working out. I was very skeptical that I could actually lose the 6% of body fat I was aiming for but I was able to succeed.

The trainers focus on building muscle and helping you do strategic workouts and classes that are going to reap the most long term benefits by helping you burn calories more efficiently and increasing your lean muscle. I've tried lots of routines that haven't been nearly as successful for me, and I really appreciated how attentive the staff was whenever I had a question. I was worried that not focusing on cardio would mean I wouldn't get results, but the staff at Structure really takes the time to explain how the body works and to discuss why their classes are the most effective.

Added bonus - everyone is incredibly personable and the trainers really got to know me. At a larger gym, you might not receive the same acknowledgement, but every time I did a class with Barry, he always knew exactly which exercises I should push myself on and grab heavier weights. Props to Abel who was doing my personal training an was both incredibly fun to work out with and incredibly motivating. Would definitely continue my workouts here!

I have to tell you, I was skeptical at first with this whole 6-week challenge. After the first week or two, I started to see changes, started feeling healthier, and I was totally bought in. The diet plus exercise program that the coaches and trainers tailored for me was spot on. After it was all said and done, I transformed my body and have taken it to the next level. I am now at 13.3% body fat, lost 7.7% body fat in just 6 weeks, AND held/increased my muscle mass!

I would like to thank all the coaches and personal trainers @structurepf for helping me achieve my goals and making me feel and look a lot younger. I feel amazing!

I finished the 6 week challenge two weeks ago. During the challenge, I lost 6.3% body fat and almost 20 pounds, and have managed to keep it off. The team was super helpful adjusting my plan along the way when I felt like I was stagnating. All of the trainers are positive and encouraging even when I was a cranky morning person. I feel like my form in the gym has improved and I have made sustainable changes in my diet. Very thankful for all the support and personalized attention.

Saw they were doing a 6 week free challenge/trial. It was advertised as commitment free. Signed up and went in. Was a complete waste of time and fake. Instead was asked to pay $200 for a one month trial. Most gyms at least let you try a week for free to see if you like it before signing up. I'm not going to spend that kind of money without at least seeing if I like it. Yes, 6 weeks is generous, but don't offer 6 weeks if you don't want to give out a 6 week trial membership. It was over budget and I'm not going to rearrange my budget for false advertising.
