I attended their new stretch & mobility class for the first time this week and it was a game changer for me! I attended right after a team session and I felt so much better in the days following. I cannot say enough positive things about this studio... the space, the vibe, the workouts, and the incredible people! If you are thinking about checking it out, you absolutely should. It is super clean and judgment free, and I always feel like I had a great workout when I leave. The positivity, encouragement, and motivation the trainers give are superb. I am so happy I took the leap and am grateful to be part of such an awesome place that feels like family. I take 30-minute team training sessions that have no more than 4 people and focus on upper, lower, or total body on different days of the week. They even let you book ahead so that your sessions are ready and set each week! There is also the option for a personalized nutrition program that has been very helpful. Sara connects with us individually and is always understanding, supportive, and encouraging no matter what your goals are with nutrition. Even if you just want to make it to one class a week, they will help you achieve your goals. Highly recommend this gym!!!

I absolutely love my workouts at Studio 14. Each workout is different than the last, and all are equally challenging in the best way. I have seen major growth from when I started with Studio 14 to where I am now. I have lost almost 40 pounds with the help of the Studio 14 team, and without them this would not have been possible. Each trainer is positive and encouraging, and always willing to help you out!
I genuinely look forward to waking up for these workouts. This is a great place to work out, regardless of what stage you're at in your fitness journey. Whether you are a beginner, or more advanced, you will get a workout that meets your abilities/needs. And you can't get this good of a price anywhere else! Visit Studio 14 - you won't be sorry!

I initially rated Studio 14 five stars based on their challenging workouts and now, three+ years later, I would still give them five stars but now for so many reasons.
Some points worth noting: flexible class times, variety of workouts, the vibe, the community, the support, etc. etc. etc.
But most of all- the trainers at Studio 14 actually CARE. They care about your goals no matter how big or small. If your goal is to just make it to one class per week, that's cool. If your goal is to drop some weight and build muscle, they got you. If your goal is to change your entire lifestyle with structure and discipline, they will help you through that too alongside their nutrition programs and user-friendly fitness app.
The trainers here have helped me get in the best shape of my life but also rode that wave with me of completely falling off and trying to build myself back up again.
They're knowledgeable and dedicated and truly just great people. You won't regret trying this gym.

I cannot say enough good things about Studio 14! The trainers are amazing and so friendly. They are helpful and motivating throughout your workout. I’ve been working out here since January and always look forward to my workouts. I’ve only had classes with Sara and James so far. James is very kind and helped me get acclimated to the classes. Sara has been absolutely wonderful with both the nutrition side and working out. It’s so nice to be able to go to a gym and feel comfortable.

I absolutely love this gym -- with a busy work life, finding time to consistently be at the gym has always been challenging. Sara makes morning PT sessions exciting, high energy and always finds a way to kick my butt in 30 minutes! Katie is a great leader for group sessions, and is so personable -- I love our chats before class! I signed up for their "VIP session" (including macro counting and weigh ins), it has been so easy to stay on track with counting macros through the app. Whenever I might be straying, Sarah is always there with a "check-in" reminder to keep me on track with my goals. Overall an amazing gym with such personable, friendly staff who genuinely want to see you reach your goals. 10/10 Recommend!

This is the best place to be for working out! I was never a gym person but the trainers are amazing and so caring and treat you like family. They are fully invested in helping you reach your goals and are always shaking things up to make sure you don’t get stuck in the same routine. The classes are always changing and I love that I have my own little station with everything I need. I cannot recommend this gym more !!!!

I've never been one to workout, I thought it was unbearable to be honest. But I took a chance with studio 14 and now I actually look forward to my training sessions. I know that I'll feel great for the rest of the day. And I'll be completely comfortable there. I started at Studio 14 with the intentions on picking up some techniques here and there and applying them to my everyday life, more than 2 years later I am still with them and have tried most classes and worked with every trainer. I am happily down 75lbs and have gained strength, muscle, and feel better than ever! The culture of the studio is very inspiring, there is a lot of encouragement to connect your mind to the workout because they care about how you approach these lifestyle changes, I carry that with me all day and for those reasons I have been very successful in my health journey. Jay, Sara, and James all have inspiring approaches to being successful in your journey and I have implemented bits a pieces from all 3 😊. I don’t think I’ll ever leave this gym.

Studio14 has forever changed the way I feel about working out in group settings. With a 1:4 (trainer:client) ratio, each session actually feels like a personal training session. The trainers are able to give each client attention, help correct form, and encourage clients to push through the workouts! Sara, Jay, Katie, and James are very knowledgeable and also know how to make each session fun! Very clean, very neat, and I love that everyone gets their own station and equipment! I cannot recommended this gym enough!
Update: over a year later and still going strong! Studio14 has truly changed my life. It’s amazing to look at what I struggled with last year, and compare that to what I’ve come to master this year. Forever grateful!

Studio 14 is unique. Studio 14 offers a variety of challenging workouts throughout the week at different times. Instructors provide feedback to make sure your form is correct when performing an exercise, which is helpful. Additionally, it is clean. Most importantly, in my opinion, they make you feel welcomed, which seems hard to find nowadays. Sara, Jay, and Katie are professional and kind. I highly recommend the services Studio 14 offers.

I joined Studio 14 Circuit Training at the beginning of this year and wow, what an absolute game-changer this has been for me. Twice a week I wake up excited to get to my workout. I had a hard time getting into a routine at the larger gyms and really wanted to find that “something” that helped me stay consistent and on track with my goals. I have surprised myself and feel I’ve truly been able to show up for myself. The trainers are motivating, fun, easy to talk to and are ready to help you reach whatever goal it is you have for yourself. I joined Studio 14 a year ago and couldn’t be happier with my decision! I found larger gyms to be overwhelming and was looking for a place where I could get the personalized training I needed and Studio 14 is definitely it! I take personal training sessions as well as group sessions and experience a great workout each time. The group sessions typically have a max of four people in them which in my experience helps me feel more comfortable while also allowing me get extra attention from our coach..I do my personal training sessions with Sara and she’s extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel empowered and comfortable while helping you meet your goals! I’ve seen a lot of growth in myself all because of the support of great coaches here! I would rank them a 10/10!

I have been going to Studio 14 for just over a year now and it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself in a very long time. All the trainers are incredibly helpful and welcoming. The variety of class sessions supply you with a satisfying workout and my one on one sessions with Sara have been great! If you are looking for a place were you can come in for a workout without having to make up a routine for yourself or if you feel unsure of what to do or how to do it, I would definitely give Studio 14 a try!

So, I spent many years tearing this body up, neglecting it and treating it poorly. I've also spent many years and a lot of money starting and stopping at gyms and doing fads to try and lose weight, none of that worked because after a while it becomes mundane. This is officially my second week at Studio 14 and I am ABSOLUTELY loving it. Jay and Sara(spell check) are so awesome, they are kind and polite and Sara has the greatest smile, it reaches her eyes...so you know it's genuine. The classes are small and personal and Jay makes sure my form is good and that I'm doing the routines properly. The best thing is that it's something different EVERY DAY, so it's not foing to get boring. Also their hours make it easy to work around your schedule. Highly recommend ❤️

My husband and I discovered Studio 14 on a trip home to Buffalo and are so glad we did. Jay and the trainers are so welcoming, talented, and plan and execute excellent workouts for all levels. I’ve never been a gym/working out person a friend brought me to studio 14 a little over a year ago and I haven’t left. The trainers are all so friendly welcoming and knowledgeable they make you feel like family. I have learned so much about working and healthy eating and life style habits. Studio 14 is one of a kind! Super welcoming and the staff is amazing. The classes and personal training are very effective...their slogan train with a purpose definitely shows. 30 minutes in and out & it works! I used to spend an hour at the gym getting nothing accomplished their 30
minute HITT classes are never boring and accommodate all fitness levels.
I’ve trained with Sara and couldn’t be happier with my results! I am stronger in so many ways thanks to her help! She taught me correct form during my PT sessions which was a huge help when transitioning over to group classes. Studio 14 is a life-changer! I've been working out there for 3 months now. Jay and his staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Before finding Studio 14 I was a "gym hopper"....signing up, going a week, then quitting. I look forward to gym days now. I can't see life without it. Studio 14 Circuit Training is Outstanding for many reasons. Jay is professional, friendly and truly cares about his clients. He is a great role model. I've been there for almost 6 months personal training. 100% focused on you. I also started HIIT classes. Sessions are 30 minutes long which is perfect. The group classes are 7 or less people, not a studio packed with 20+ people. You can be a beginner or advanced. They help with nutrition also!
My favorite part is Jay's nightly recap! They are words of inspiration, motivation, support and love communicated to his clients Every Day!
If you are just getting started in the gym, I highly recommend Studio 14 Circuit Training.

I’ve been going to Circuit 14 for a few months now.. I was so scared to step into the building because who isn’t easily intimidated by a gym but really it was so far from that. Until Studio 14 I wasn’t aware of the environment I put myself in expecting to be motivated ; no windows, stale smelly air, with just the constant sound of treadmills, if I didn’t have my earbuds, forget it
At the Studio the difference is jarring ; Fresh air, colorful lights, pumped up music, paired with a team backing your goals, now here is an environment where I find growth.
I almost let the fear of being judged Stop me from training here, but once I meet Sara, I was proven wrong.She pushes me thru self-doubt, yet is patient with all my questions.
I thought all I lacked was enough self-discipline to go to the gym but Studio 14 has offered me so much more & I’m not going back.

Jay has created an atmosphere in which support, knowledge,and motivation are shared freely in a non judgemental environment. I have taken classes with all 3 trainers, and everyone justs want to help YOU reach your goal! I have never belonged to a gym before Circuit 14. And I am extremely happy that I decided to go to Circuit 14. Not only have I seen results in a short time period...but the trainers make sure you are using the correct form to not injury yourself; Jay provides motivation and inspiration messages on a daily basis for your mental well being; and they even will help you work on your nutrition to sustain the fitness level you are trying to achieve.
Circuit 14 offers small team classes, at all times of the day to accommodate anyone's schedule.
This is truly the place to go in you want to change your lifestyle, or are looking for a more personalized approach, or just need structure to your routine.
No class is ever the same in regards to the exercises that you are doing. And the 30 mins just fly by because you are having a good time working out.

Studio 14 is a great workout! I stumbled upon this gym on a Groupon and fell in love immediately! The workouts are challenging but there are modifications for anyone. I sustained a knee injury that keeps me away from the gym periodically but when I go back Jay and James both work with me in the tram classes to adjust to meet my new needs. The classes are small to give you attention and the 30 minutes fly by. Highly recommend! Do yourself a favor and try a free class pass, you have nothing to lose but a quick 30 minutes your body will thank you for.

I've been a member for 1 1/2 years. I've done both the classes and personal training. I LOVE all of it. Jay is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition among other things. I love that it is a smaller boutique style gym. Everyone knows each other, says hello, and its almost like family. I would definitely recommend this gym! Two words, WORTH IT! This studio offers a wide variety of workouts (strength training, cardio, lower/upper/full body, abs...) and equipment (TRX, ropes, squat rack, BOSU, barbells...) throughout the circuit training with just the right amount of intensity and enthusiasm. As a former athlete, I am constantly being pushed and challenged. I initially wanted to try something new for the new year; maybe one or two classes, but now I am hooked.
The facility it's self is always clean and you can often count on someone greeting you with a smile. Off-street parking is available and classes will always start on time.
Lastly, Jay Garrow is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He will make it his duty to assure you do not give up on the workout or yourself.

I've been training here for about three months now and I look forward to every class. Class sizes are small (3 - 5 people) and the trainers (Jay, Justin, and Vanessa) work hard to make them challenging, but doable, by modifying exercises according to each person's goals. One thing I appreciate most is the trainer's consideration of previous injuries. I've found that at some places trainers or instructors promote a "push through the pain" mentality, but Jay and his trainers care more about your long-term health and relationship with fitness than a short-term gain. This helps to make the atmosphere more supportive and fun than competitive and stressful.

I've been training with Jay for a couple months now and I've enjoyed every session!! It is a clean positive atmosphere that I enjoy going to. I have personally worked with Jay but have been there when other trainers are working with their clients and they are all very professional and encouraging something that I look for in a training facility. After I had my first child I had let my fitness go and Jay is helping me to find that again. Their workout plans are perfect for my schedule, the best part is he gives you the tools to do them at home as well!! He is very flexible with my schedule which is awesome for someone like me who works 40 plus hours a well on top of taking care of my son. I'm having a great experience at Studio 14 Circuit Training. It is not a typical big gym, or a personal trainer where you feel intimidated every time you go to work out. Everyone who is there wants to work hard and still have fun.

I had back surgery in October and I was worried to push my limits but, Jay knows how to safely train me and push me. I am capable of achieving so much more than I thought because of Jay and his team. Phenomenal trainer!! Jay has different levels of personal training based on your specific needs. He gives you your own personal work outs you can do at home and a diet plan that's easy.
