Thanks Jeff, for teaching even after your bus got into an accident on the way to class. Youre a trooper.

This place is just wonderful. There's this feeling of community in every class, and there are so many options to choose from. I've always struggled including fitness in my routine and this is the first time I've found a place that feels safe and inviting, yet challenging.

Highly recommend Suryaside. Everyone is friendly and inviting. There is a wide variety of classes and no class is exactly the same so you can't get bored. Each teacher has their own unique style which is nice as well.

Awesome yoga studio in Sunnyside! I usually do the Sunday yin class with Jen. So relaxing and everyone is very welcoming and chill. Other classes like Friday Nidra and Wednesday vinyasa are also really great!

I love going to Suryaside. It has become my happy place. Every teacher has something special and different to offer. Love all the different classes and teachers who are so knowledgeable and mindful about the practice.
Don’t miss this gem if you live in this neighborhood and yoga is your jam.

Suryaside Yoga is excellent!

I have gone to Yuuki’s Zoom Classes.
He is an excellent teacher and helps bring peace and awareness by pairing breath to movement.
He instructs beautifully and creates an atmosphere which is refreshing and meditative.
Classes at Suryaside are offered in person and on Zoom so there are choices for all.

Highly Recommend Suryaside Yoga 5+++++ Stars

Bad experience, would NOT reccomend. Yoga place very dirty, no one wears masks at all, and they do not clean up after each session so the mats are full of sweat and it is sticky. Do not come here

I scheduled online 6/4/21 for the 8am session literally last minute with ease. I was in shambles when I arrived. This is one of the best on Queens so far. The Instructor was amazing she had beautiful music playing, relaxing demeanor, loving group of people. Excellent social distance protocol practices. Thank you so much.

Purchase one of there bug out bag. Never came in, no communication. I emailed them three times. No reply. It says it should be in within 15 to 45 days. I'm on day 63 and no response from them. They took my money quick. And no confirmation email didn't get anything from them. Last email said I want my money back. And still no response

I love the Suryaside studios! It has been a great addition to the Sunnyside Queens neighborhood. I found out about them through the Woodside-Sunnyside runners club and have been coming here for the past 4 years. The classes are great and run by extremely wonderful individuals. I have never felt more comfortable at a studio but have also felt challenged physically and mentally, all at the same time. It's a winning combination!

This studio is a wonderful and amazing place. It has such a warm and welcoming environment and everyone there is kind. Every teacher I've met and took classes here have been great and very welcoming and helping to make the most of my practice. It is a very nice place to practice yoga. Also all the work studies I've met so far have been so polite and very welcoming to me as I've come in to the studio. I try to take a class here as often as I can. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to practice yoga in the Queens area. It is a great studio for the practicer of any level.

I moved here from Manhattan and was worried I wouldn't be able to find a good yoga studio in the area, but I was 100% wrong - this place is awesome. All the teachers are warm, friendly and helpful, the clientele is diverse and everyone is respectful during classes. The open classes are catered towards a variety of levels and are taught in a very non-judgemental, easy going atmosphere. I went here throughout my entire pregnancy and post partum recovery and every teacher was incredibly accommodating. I just wish I could make more time in my schedule to attend more classes.

I am giving this place a negative review not based upon their classes, but upon their lack of respect and care they have for their customers. I recommend NO ONE STORE YOUR YOGA MAT HERE. I went there for my first (and last) time for a sound bath meditation which was absolutely divine. With that being said, I forgot my mat I received from my mother in law as a gift at the studio from being on my "yoga high". The next day I realized I had forgotten it and tried calling them. No answer. Tried emailing. No answer. I am not close to the studio so I figured they must leave their lines of communication through either phone or email like all other businesses- yoga studios alike. Apparently they do not because they never acknowledged me until nearly 4 days later. I had my sister who lives somewhat near the studio look for my mat for me and they did not have it in their sack of mats that have been left behind and told her it might be in the stack of stored mats but she couldn't get to them because a class was going on. Understandable. Also, they never told her that they would try to look after for me. (They had a photo and everything) So, I went to retrieve my mat today and wouldnt you know? NOT THERE NOT ANYWHERE. They helped me look, I'll give them that. Then told me they would send an email out asking about it. I find it very hard to believe a student would take my mat seeing as if theirs is stored there, they know what their yoga mat looks like and if they don't, no one would have known it was left unattended besides workers. I have been to so many studios in the tristate area and many people I know practice and I will absolutely, undoubtedly tell them to stay far away from this studio until I am compensated for my loss.
