I dig the classes at Sweat Society. From my first class, I noticed how attentive Wini was and how much work she had to do to instruct and keep everyone moving to get a good workout done in a 45 minute session. I was quite impressed. Over my next few classes, I sometimes got confused (still do) but I have noticed there are always other students that help and usually a couple of those other students are actually teachers there to provide support while they work out. Everyone helps clean up at the end and it is really a great exercise community. Thanks y'all!

I have been going regularly to Sweat Society for about a year now and all I have to say is I love this gym. It is a part of my routine. I take the classes and it makes me feel amazing and accomplished throughout the day. The instructors are so knowledgable and are so helpful always. Immediately when I started here I am ALWAYS greeted with my name when I walked in and felt so welcomed. Great energy as soon as you walk in. Different workouts every time and scheduling is super easy. It is such a great community of people. I am a sweat society lifer. Thank you!!!

I’ve been going here for personal training sessions and I love it! Equipment is clean and the gym is well maintained and has a great atmosphere. But better than that- Christine my trainer is amazing!!! I have nothing but great things to say!! She makes my gym sessions so enjoyable- almost like I’m just there to hang out but sweat a ton doing it!! Haven’t met any other staff but I’ve only heard good things. I will likely be continuing here after my sessions are up!

I love this gym! Super clean & organized. The classes are well thought out and challenging, but all of the instructors are so nice and more than willing to re-explain an exercise or help you correct your form. I feel so comfortable there that I’ve been able to stick to a gym routine like I never have before and actually look forward to working out! Would recommend to anyone & any fitness level!

Absolutely love this gym. I tried my first class after seeing [Sweat] Society pop up on class pass and I could not help but come back for classes time and time again.
The trainers are very knowledgeable and always prepare a workout that focuses on multiple aspects. You’ll get strength, power, stability, and endurance all in workout. This means EVERY WORKOUT is VERY EFFECTIVE.
The gym is always clean and has multiple amenities. It also focuses on getting the newest and most effective equipment for its members. Highly recommend trying out [Sweat] Society as soon as you can, and be absolutely sure to try out the classes they offer.

As an event professional and planner - it’s all about the details, and to say that sweat society thinks about it all is an understatement. From the east booking, the equipment, the classes, the amenities… they have it all. Beyond having anything and everything you need in the gym the ownership is next to one- this gym does so much for the community and their members. This gym sets the bar high, and I’m proud to call it my second home!

I liked this place at first, some of the instructors were pretty good. It’s small, but I like a spunky little place. There is definitely a little bit of a douchy-club vibe, but I can handle that for the proximity to my house. However, I stopped going after I was up all night with my kiddo who was sick (lots of 2 am puking) and (obviously) didn’t think to cancel my class for the next morning. When I wrote two very polite emails asking for the possibility of getting that class back, I never received a response. Not even to say that they couldn’t honor my request. So I lost money and I lost any motivation I had for going back.

My favorite place to workout! So much variety. The classes are always well thought out and incredibly effective. The facility is always spotless. The people though are really what keep me coming back. The instructors, staff, and other gym goers are so accepting and have always made me feel motivated and welcome. Can’t recommend enough!

I had a really great experience taking a Full Body: Strength + Tabata class at Sweat Society. The gym itself was very clean with lots of natural light and great airflow. The gym equipment was very high end and looked to be in great condition. It's great to see a gym with such a relatively small footprint have multiple full squat racks for weight lifting. I would gladly come back to exercise here.

You don’t have to be against vaccination to be against mandates. Incredibly upset that one of my favorite workouts is requiring proof of vaccination. If you support medical freedom, consider going elsewhere.

I originally heard about Sweat Society through word of mouth, so once I moved back to the area I decided to give them a go about six months ago.
I was a little hesitant on joining at first, just because I wasn't sure if I would love the classes and gym setup (in the past I have usually stuck with weight training and old school workouts).
However, six months in and I will say that it's one of the best decisions I have made in recent memory. Not only are the classes great for a good challenge and sweat, but they are FUN and cater to all levels. The teachers are extremely helpful, friendly, and their home-owned vibe shines through making you feel like you are indeed part of a tight knit community.
On top of that, I have also signed up for their one-on-on training with Josh, one of their trainers, and if you are looking for that extra push I cannot recommend any higher. I was originally looking for some routine in my workouts, and since training with him I can honestly say I have never felt better about myself, and have gained the strength/endurance I was looking for and then some.
For those in the area, you won't find a better gym, better personal training, or better classes than at Sweat Society. And that's a fact.

Sweat Society is a happy, uplifting environment that I actually look forward to going to. The gym is private, quiet, and clean. I am able to go in and really breath and just focus on myself and my goals without worrying about literally anything else. Everyone I've met is genuine and happy to be there - it's a game changer to have such a positive environment to workout in.
