So I decided to sign myself up for private swimming lessons at this facility because it was very close to my home. The facility is very run down, the bathroom is dirty, lockers are rusted and broken, the shower stalls are dirty, rusty and way too many bugs. Very unsanitary and unkempt! I terminated the remaining classes because my private lessons turned into a pool of lifeguards training. I did not expect to be in a pool by myself, I understood that private means 1:1 instructions but what I did expect is to be in a class with students of the same swim level, at the very least, which is what they should have done! How does a first time swimmer focus on the instructor with such a big lifeguard training class in session. Too overpriced, not very accommodating or understanding. Saf-T-Swim or the YMCA is more budget friendly with cleaner facilities. Do NOT let the pictures they post fool you. If they are offering less money then their competitors it’s because this place is run down and filthy! Go ANYWHERE ELSE!

I just had my son's birthday party here and it was GREAT! They really made it so easy and everything went so smooth. I just showed up with balloons and the birthday boy. The party room was ALL set up and decorated. The pizza they had brought in was delicious. The price was fantastic and I added an extra hour for the swim and the kids were so thrilled. Thank you Dan and Lorraine for everything!

Totally wasted My money signing my son up here. I went to one class and won’t be back. This is going to sound crazy but it’s true.

First they kept losing our name for my son to be signed up so I had To call multiple times. The universe was clearly trying to telll me something because:

First day we come in they have another kids name under my session, then tell me I have to wait an hour because my sons instructor called out from having an STD. I wish I was Making this up.. and I hate to leave a bad review but this place is disgusting. Also Locker rooms gross. Waiting area , so run down.

Following week I asked To have my sons class made up and they said they’re so busy they don’t know when and if he can. I’m sorry sir but u made me wait last minute for Ann hour but when the tables are turned there’s no accommodation.

I hope your establishment improves because the last thing I want to do is put down a business, but learn some class and Leave space for accommodation .

Swim Stars taught our children how to swim, in a single summer. We felt they were behind in this essential survival skill, due to the closures and schedule disruptions of the pandemic the year before. Instructors Maddy and Téa assessed their comfort, ability, and potential, while also building trust and having fun. Thank you for the gift of swimming--we were able to more confidently enjoy pool, lake, and ocean outings as a family this summer.

I have been going to Swim Stars for water aerobics since they opened. Lorraine is an awesome water fitness instructor. Her teaching style is unique and always fun. We are always challenged with new exercises and have never repeated any classes to date. The owners and staff are always friendly and welcoming. The members in our class are such a wonderful group of people and we have fun while we work hard to improve our strength and get into better physical shape. The facility is always clean when we arrive, and when we're done, everything is cleaned again. I love my time spent there and hope to keep doing so for a long time. Thank you Swim Stars for having made these classes available to us in a safe environment during these difficult times.

This place is disgusting. There are no cleaning measures in place, let alone for covid prevention. My daughter still can't swim. She's afraid of Lorraine because she was yelled at. Stay far away from this place.

My two sons and I have gotten lessons prior, and during the pandemic and will always return in the future. The instruction and teaching style really stands out from the rest!
My 8 year old has become an expert swimmer in record time, and my 5 year old is a little swim star already.
I feel safe under the instruction, guidance and attentiveness of Lorraine and the rest of the team. Thank you Swim Stars for a safe, fun and worry free experience! The life skill of swimming is essential and Swim Stars is the place to go!!!
