I was intimidated to start, having been extremely active and then stopping for a few years; however, Nick was amazing! He customized a workout that allowed me to build-up to and surpass my fitness goals. I found it very interesting that anterior vs posterior was taken into consideration not just upper body/ lower body, optimizing recovery considerations. He counciled on the importance of sleep and nutrition, really taking a whole-person approach. I would highly recommend Athlete's Blueprint to anyone looking for a comfortable space that will safely push you to achieve your ultimate fitness goals.

I had an awesome time working with Nick! He really took the time to understand my fitness goals and designed workouts that were just right for me.
