Learn how to strike and hit a heavy bag properly! You will go through 10 rounds (3 minutes) in addition to a 1 minute active rest exercise. My style of training is strength and condition while being incorporated with boxing. Where you will learn foot and hand coordination, on top of learning self defense and getting one of the best cardiovascular heart pump ever!! One on One sessions, Group Sessions, Couple, Partner sessions. Everyone is Welcome

I have been training with Brandon since early 2020, when I used to live around the corner from his gym and would drop in a few times a week for his Clay Method training sessions, both solo and with friends. When I moved away from NYC in May 2020, I feared my fitness would also take a hit.

Lucky for me, Brandon started hosting remote zoom workouts, which I still participate in twice a week. Training remotely hasn't been an issue at all. Brandon's adapted seamlessly to the virtual environment, providing clear and effective instructions, along with constant motivation and encouragement. I always look forward to our sessions, knowing that I'll come out feeling stronger and more empowered. And when I come to NYC, I always make sure to carve out some time for an in-person session with him... nothing beats it imo.

Brandon's dedication and expertise are second to none, but he manages to keep sessions informal and fun. Even during group classes, he tailors his training to specifically target individuals' needs, and his guidance has been invaluable in helping me achieve real results. Words can't express how grateful I am for the incredible transformation I've experienced. Not only has my fitness level improved significantly, but my motivation, body image, and self-confidence have also seen a huge boost.

If you're looking for a coach who can make a real difference in your fitness journey, get you motivated, and help you achieve specific workout goals, look no further. Brandon is an amazing coach. I’ve been doing Zoom work-outs with him several times a week for 1.5 years. He’s intense but fun. He’s knowledgeable and able to make accommodations based on conditioning or injuries. He can make a group class comparable to a 1:1 session. I can’t imagine what he can do actually 1:1! Can’t recommend him enough!

Coach Clay’s class is THE place to be! I look forward to his session no matter how tired or worn down from the work day that I might be.
