My gym is a place where you are losing weight, gaining strength, working on balance, flexibility, muscle endurance and so much more. These are all positive things so there is no room for any kind of negativity within the fitness range.

I've been to 2 classes with Rob and I am definitely coming back for more! A great group setting, Rob is really positive and an excellent motivator. The stations are so much fun! This is a really enjoyable way to get back into my fitness journey, and a really healthy environment to do it in. Thank you Rob! You will be seeing me a lot more often!

Me and my son has been going to Rob’s classes for little over a week now. He’s great with his words to motivate you. Gives awesome directions and makes work out fun and smooth. Definitely recommend and I’m looking forward to more classes. Thank you for being amazing great role model for my son!

The Fitness Range, and owner Rob, overcame some wild adversity when the previous space was destroyed by weather. However, The Fitness Range is back and better than ever. Rob is incredibly encouraging and knowledgeable when it comes to his group fitness classes. The vibe in the gym is incredibly welcoming to all fitness levels. There is something for everyone!! 10/10 Recommend!

Awesome private venue with welcoming atmosphere and none of the intimidation one might find at a busier gym. Coach is outstanding with all ages (my son in picture is 9 years old) and maintains such a positive feel good environment that you'll want to do better for yourself because of his motivation. My son and I both say the same...10/10 we highly recommend!!!

Classes, instructor, and classmates are NOT at all intimidating! Different workouts each class with modified options if you need it. Not only is everyone super encouraging, you get help if you need it. Best choice I've made for myself in a while for sure!!!!

Highly recommend the group fitness classes! The fitness instructor Rob is amazing to work with. He is very encouraging and will show you modifications to accommodate any concern you have. I was very anxious to start working out after having a few tough years of dealing with back pain. Rob was very accommodating and worked with me to slowly increase my strength. After only a few months of attending the group classes my strength improved greatly. I now have less back pain and more energy. The class is fun and everyone is very supportive. If your looking for a little extra motivation, you won’t be disappointed!

Rob is very educated. He has taught me so much about different exercises, techniques and general fitness. He is also a great motivator and you can tell he wants the best for you. I have been to his group fitness classes and personal training and have benefited greatly. He is also fun to play sport’s with too :) I definitely recommend him for your exercise needs!

Just recently I started going to Sat morning group fitness. Rob is great & so encouraging. If you cannot do something he gives you modifications. Fun atmosphere & everyone is wonderful! I definitely tell people to try it, you'll love it.

I'm rehabbing 3 months post-op from a severe cervical surgery. This was my first official workout back in the gym. Rob was prepared and spot on finding my new starting point.
