Pricing is very steep, the music is only good if you’re actively trying to go deaf, the staff is unwelcoming, and the owner seems more like a preschool teacher than a professional. You’re better off working out alone

I’ve been taking spin classes at the Rev for 10 years and have never once regretted taking a class, it’s always a good time and a great workout!

Unless you pay for unlimited, they don’t really care for your business. Prices have gotten outrageous.

I joined the Spin Revolution in November 2021 and am truly obsessed. After bouncing between workout programs for some time, I finally found something I love. The instructors are amazing and bring a ton of energy and positivity to each workout. The environment is awesome and the dim lighting and loud music always get me going. Great for all fitness levels (I had no experience spinning prior to starting). Highly recommend & so glad I gave it a try!

I have been taking spin classes @ The Revolution in Clifton Park for over 3 yrs now and I love it! It will forever be a part of my workout routine! There are a variety of instructors, from beginner level to advanced and there are classes at all different times of day to accommodate anyone’s schedule. The studio is clean and the bikes are great! Every class is an intense full body workout with great music to help you power through.

I started at the Revolution in 2012 and lost 39 lbs, Nancy, Toni, Holly, and so many other instructors made you feel like you were part of their family, I don’t understand the negatives because Nancy goes out of her way to accommodate everyone and make them feel great about themselves, don’t read reviews, go and try a class, tell the soldier boy sent you😊🇺🇸Oh, and also whisper in Nancy’s ear that “soldier boy is coming back with a vengeance” 🌹

I was in town for 10 days to visit family and needed to get my fitness in, so I took four classes at Spin Revolution and couldn't have been more pleased with the classes, the instructors, the atmosphere, etc. I've been taking spin classes back home for about four years now, and I am an avid runner as my first choice for fitness.

I only visited the Clifton Park location. Bikes were in excellent shape, as was the facility itself. I ended up taking classes from four of the instructors and each one of them was high energy, great with the verbal cueing, and very friendly. The workouts were excellent. Each instructor made a point of introducing themselves to me before each class. The next time I visit I will most definitely be back at Spin Revolution!

Review purely based on customer service/support. Signed up a for 9:30 am class at this location and paid online. Turns out there is one studio and there was no such class at this time. Called multiple times for assistance and there was no answer. I’m sure the classes and instructors are fine but unfortunately I was visiting in the area and it didn’t work out.

The Revolution offers the absolute best indoor cycling experience in the Capital District. It’s a party on the bike in an all inclusive judgement free atmosphere. I don’t know what I would do without the Rev in my life!

Am I a bit biased towards cycling workouts - yes. Is this the place to get a great workout and have tons of fun while doing - yes! Indoor cycling classes can cover all of your fitness needs. Whether you are training for a race or just looking to stay in shape year round, you can do it here!

First myth: Spin is for Soccer Moms.
Second myth: It is only a marginable workout.
Third myth: See one and two above.
The instructors at The Revolution are a breath of fresh air. They will surprisingly draw the maximum (and more) out of you during their high energy classes. I'm old school ride outside guy........no more! Never been cut off by a semi while riding a spin bike! What are you waiting for?
