Always a great experience at Thrive Fitness 24/7. Very clean & professional. Classes are fantastic & there's a class for everyone no matter the age. A lot of different equipment to choose from. Always friendly & kind there.

The gym is a very nice gym itself.
Owner is hard to get in contact with. I had a major issue from extra withdraws and it was over 3-4 month period from first making her aware until removing my banking details. She reimbursed the money and 1/2 half the overdraft fees she caused. I switched to cash. It's a great gym if you don't have them auto withdraw from your bank account

Didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I’ve been trying to contact thrive fitness staff for over a week. I’ve called multiple times within the staffed hours, left messages, and emailed and nobody had gotten back to me. I haven’t gotten a call or an email from anyone. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or not but it doesn’t seem like they check their phones that much
