I would rate this gym 5 stars, but unfortunately, my experience with one of the front desk staff has been disappointing. The young woman currently working at the front desk has been consistently unfriendly and unapproachable. She does not acknowledge members as they walk in often allowing people to pass without checking in and when I asked her a question, she ignored me completely. I also asked for her name and received no response from her another member informed me her name might be "Jen." She appears to be a darker-skinned Spanish woman with curly hair.

It’s unfortunate because all the other front desk staff have been friendly and helpful. To ensure it wasn’t just my perception, I asked my husband and sister to interact with her on separate occasions, and they reported the same negative experience.

Aside from that, the gym itself is excellent. The equipment is top-notch especially the metal dumbbells and they’ve recently added more Stairmasters, which is a great improvement.

Another highlight is their flexible membership option: it’s month-to-month with no long-term commitment, no pressure, and no requirement to provide banking information. Cash payments are accepted, and members have full access to all amenities.

The sexy blond lady was very helpful she taught me how to use the machine in the gym, when i should pay, when activates start. Also a big note this gym is super clean very organized. All the other staff were wonderful as well. This place is a great choice for anyone who’s looking for a peaceful, clean gym

I have been going for 2 years now . I work with an amazing trainer Lou , I can’t say enough good things about him.
The owners are really great as well, they care about their gym .
Had a cousin who lives in Tampa and although she belongs to another gym that is a chain, she purchased a week while she was visiting and will never go to her gym where she can pay nothing , she wld rather pay to go to titans!

Went in to check it out as I'm in need of a new gym. The girl at the front desk wasn't entirely friendly ans focused on something else. Then the man she asked for info from didn't even politely say hello. I felt invisible and its odd because I heard they were so friendly here. Guess I didn't get to have that experience.

Also, ZERO STARS for the incredibly ridiculous parking lot. If you have something bigger than a smart car, you may have issues turning around.

It's a good place for working out. Got a month to month to see how it is. In the summer months the AC is not usually blowing so it gets really hot and sweaty inside. If you're okay with working out in a suana then this is the right place for you.

I have to give Titan gym a 5 Stars because of the great customer service that I’ve received, from the front desk personnel, great attitude. Also I have to make it personal because Thalia and Lou also treated me with outstanding respect, just Awesome people. Great gym for power lifting - much better than the franchise gyms. Nice and friendly staff. Not all cardio machines work. They have classes as part of membership and personal training for an additional cost. It can be crowded at times, but mornings are a great time to go. Some machines are old but staff is attentive at maintenance. I highly recommend trying it out for a trial!

I just went in today and can’t believe what an amazing job the management did at adhering to COVID safety standards. I was a little apprehensive about returning, but they far exceeded my expectations. The gym looked amazing with all the work done while they were closed and everything was so clean. As always, the owner and staff were so welcoming and professional.

I love this gym!!! I was hesitant at first because of the reviews based on the old management but the gym was recently bought out by a new owner and I could not tell you how happy I am to have found my home away from home. The staff is extremely friendly, the owner himself is there, renovating the place and making sure it runs smoothly. My favorite part is the boot camp space they have. I mean not to mention how much equipment there is but I prefer the spartan type of workout. I believe you have to fall in love with the gym you go to because it plays a huge factor in not giving up on your physical/health goal. This place is must try!!

One of the best gyms in the area. It isn't fancy with brand new gym equipment, but it has the perfect atmosphere for those who really want to get strength training in. The only downside I would say is there is a limit amount of treadmills and it doesn't have kettle bells. I still recommend this gym for someone looking to get a good workout and not break the bank

This is a real gym plain and simple. You don't rack ur weights you pay the consiquence. You slam weights obnioxiously than you shouldn't be lifting it. This is what fitness is all about. Larry is old school. He hates when people are not doing the right thing. Larry and I have gotten into it many times because I didn't put a weight back the correct way. It's his gym and he wants everything run correctly. Any gym owner does. I love Larry. He sold me a 2 machines - 2 elliptical trainers that he was getting rid of. He sold me both of them for $500 dollars and both of are still in great shape. The gym is the best free weight gym around... not even a question about it. This is an old school gym where people actually work out and don't worry about fruit smoothies.

Most poorly run gym and worst owner in the history of Fitness Facilities. The place is a dying monopoly (only gym in the area) which is the only reason the doors are still open. The owner "Larry" is rude, just plain bad at customer service and clearly doesn't know how to deal with people or likely just doesn't care.

I've seen him argue with 10+ year members over $10. Based on principles alone, I've vowed to never visit this gym again under same management.
