I am really enjoying the workouts in the small group. The trainers are able pay careful attention, make corrections and customize the exercise when needed to account for my injured knee and my age. Lori and Michelle are both excellent trainers as well as super nice and supportive. Pricing is very reasonable.

I joined Total Body Boot Camp and Performance Center in October of 2017 with the aim of getting into better shape. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating, especially in adapting and modifying workouts to suit my lower back issues. What initially started as a fitness journey evolved into a routine that positively impacts my mental health(which I didn't even realize I needed). Starting my day at this gym( 3 days a week) has become a great way to boost my mood and energy levels. I appreciate the inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of their fitness level, is welcomed without judgement. Most important, since I began working out at this gym, I've noticed a significant improvement in my back issues. I've gone from visiting my Chiropractor 3 times a week down to 2 times a month! Total Body Boot Camp has truly become a place where I not only feel good physically but also mentally rejuvenated after each session!! Thanks to Billy, Lori, Kathy, Amy and all the great people that are dedicated to making this possible..

I love total body boot camp. I’ve been a member for about 5 years now and I couldn’t do without.. it makes me excited when I’m booked for a class as I love being with my workout buddies as well, it feels like family, Lori is one of the best trainers there, and many others…, the work outs are very compatible and challenging…..ok now I’m ready for a work out!!!!!!😁πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ™Œ

Best choice I made to begin my fitness journey (at age 62) was answering TBBC’s FB special promotion post! Six weeks have turned into six months! Not once since walking through the door have I felt intimidated. The trainers, Lori and Kathy, are experienced and invested in your success! They tailor or modify exercises depending on your ability, which was key for me! My favorite thing about the workouts is the people. Everyone is encouraging and supportive of each other. Billy has truly created a culture for what is needed to succeed in our health goals.

Tbbc is amazing, not only the friendly staff but also the other guess. It's like a little family. Every session the trainors have an already planned lesson, however can also switch depending if you have limitations. My main reason for joining the gym is because I don't know how to work at workout a plan. The big gyms were very intimidating and I didn't realize you can get better results if you just come off the treadmill haha. When I joined I was very young just 23-24 and I didn't know comfortable I would be. Choosing this gym was one of the best decisions I've had. πŸ™Œ I also like the nutrition plan, I use it as a guide to help me continue to reach my goals. Thanks to the tbbc team for the first time since I had my baby, I finally lost all my baby weight and it feels amazing. πŸ‘ πŸ™Œ πŸ’ͺ

Being an older person who has struggled with my weight and body image made it difficult to pursue what I knew was an important part of my life, my health. I love this gym! TBBC provides an excellent small class workout setting in an entirely non judgmental zone. The instructors are exceptional and know how to motivate and deliver a high quality workout in their 45 minute sessions. Billy's passion extends through his instructors, and with my being 60+ years of age, I find their sessions not only necessary for my general well being, but otherwise rewarding.

After my first 2 sessions I knew I was getting stronger and more fit. My balance has improved dramatically. The small classes create an atmosphere of camaraderie and respect. Workouts are personalized for each person in the session. Instructors focus on safety and form as well as always providing a varied workout that uses all muscle groups. I’m a former jock and soon to be 64 yrs old with chronic back pain issues and an old torn meniscus injury.

Often my injuries have given me an excuse not to workout but The Warrior Team of Professional Coaches have dismissed the lie.

If I can do it anybody can.
Slow and steady with consistency with the encouragement at TBBC I’m encouraged and confident change is taking place.

I have been a member for the past 3 years. This is the only gym that I belonged to that I actually saw results in a short period of time. The staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. All of the members are friendly also and encourage one another. Every workout is slightly different and you are challenged individually. I recommend TBBC for any age and ability. Try it!

I started TBBC about eight weeks ago now and I must say the experience has been wonderful!!! The workouts can be modified based on my needs and goals. This way I know that I am keeping myself safe while still getting the desired results. I like that the groups are small which allows the coaches to make sure that you are using the proper form to prevent injury. It’s also a lot of fun and the people as well as the coaches are really nice and supportive. Highly recommend regardless of your fitness level!!

TBBC is by far the best gym that I have ever been enrolled at! The entire staff is great; they're friendly, personable, and most importantly, super motivating! They genuinely want to see you transform your body, both on a physical level and on a health level. I have been going to TBBC for close to a year and I am yet to leave a session unsatisfied, which is something that I can not say for any other gym that I have been to. This can be attributed to a lot of things, but what I feel is one of the main components is that the workouts are ALWAYS different. It is not your typical Monday "chest day", Tuesday "legs day," etc. It is TOTAL BODY Boot Camp (TBBC) and it can not be given a more literal name for what you get when you go there. You work out every body part from head to toe, as well as your conditioning/cardio every session. I highly recommend TBBC to ANYONE who wants to become more fit and healthy, but even more so to those who are looking to attain those goals, but have not been able to find that extra motivation to actually get it done. Just make an appointment with them to see what they're all about, go to your first session and then read this review again to see how true my review really is!

I have been going to TBBC since February 2014 and by going to personal training 3x a week I have already lost 28 pounds! The staff could not be made up of nicer people. Every time you walk in, you are greeted in an excited way which I personally like a lot. They all seem like they really enjoy what they do as well which makes the work outs more fun. Each work out is different, yet equally challenging so I am never bored, which is hard to accomplish for me as I get bored easily! I also have back issues where I had had other gyms have me skip a particular movement all together. The trainers at TBBC always have 2-3 variations of the movement ready on the spot which is great because I am never getting less of a workout due to an injury. I tell everyone I know to sign up because the environment is great and I got even better results than I ever expected. Also a consultation is free so there is nothing to lose by going in (except maybe some weight!)

They answer every question, no matter how trivial, with a smile and helpful solution.
