Trained with Truth for 6 weeks while in East Hampton. Could not recommend it more. Harvey is an elite coach - he opened my eyes up to the value of Kettlebell training. He was very attentive to my form and kept every one in the class safe and engaged. My mobility and strength improved significantly. As a gym owner myself, I know how hard it it to pull off all of the above and Truth does it really well.
