In addition to core classes, we have monthly special events. We know how to have fun here. There's always something go on at Twist'N Flip. We look forward to seeing you!

Wow! We inquired a while back about something for my 4yo and 6yo to help get more movement into their days, and learn to listen to and use their bodies. I want them to feel strong and confident in their bodies as they age. They’ve been in weekly sessions for a few months now, and we’re all in with Twist N Flip!
Coach Hunter is so gentle and encouraging with my son, but also makes sure he is heard when making a correction in form, and helps him progress during each session. I couldn’t have asked for a better coach for our first time in a gymnastics program. Jaelynn is wonderful with my daughter, and so patient when the 4yo big feelings kick in. Every staff member I’ve met has been wonderful and so kind.

My son has autism, and he’s been interested in getting into gymnastics for a while now. We were treated pretty rudely at other places we had tried to get him into before stopping in TwistN’Flip while passing by in their new location in the mall. The very helpful woman at the desk told us about their ninja classes they offer to see how he does with those and it was the best decision we could have made!!! He absolutely loves it. Signing up was a breeze online. Coach Hunter & Coach Bella are amazing with the kids also! Highly recommend.

We love it here! My daughter (4) has a weekly class with Mia and she loves it so much. Mia is so great with the kids and my kiddo is learning real skills! We just hosted her birthday party there last night and it was absolutely perfect. There were 16 kids and probably 30 adults, and there was plenty of space for the kids to run around and for the parents to hang without being on top of each other. The coaches who taught the party class were SO awesome and helpful (Mia was one of them!) and really helped everything go so smoothly. It was so much fun. I highly recommend Twist n Flip!

Twist N Flip has, and continuous to be, a fantastic and positive part of our lives, where our daughter has flourished. It all started back when our kiddo was 3. We wanted to further her gross motor skills and also do something that was fun together so I enrolled us in "Mommy and me" classes at Twist N Flip. That was around 10 years ago. We haven't stopped going and our daughter continues to flourish.
We are very grateful and appreciative of Twist N Flip and their fantastic team of coaches who continue to be positive role models in our daughter's life.

Great gym with patient and great couches. They help the gymnasts excel and don’t force them to do anything they’re not ready for. If the couch pushes them it because they know they can do it.

It has been 3+ attending and the progress my granddaughter has made is amazing! The coaches are incredible...each has their own unique way of teaching skills which benefits the students. Never disappointed and always looking forward to the next practice and meet💜

My three girls have been going to TNF for 5+ years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The coaches are fantastic. The Director is great. Overall, this is and has always been a fantastic center.

This was an absolutely perfect place to host our four year olds birthday party. Coach Mia helped set everything up and keep all of the kids entertained. It was a parents dream birthday party and it was so easy to set up! I highly recommend coming here for your birthday adventure!

Really impressed with this place! The instructors are great at teaching gymnastics, but what’s really amazing is that after each class both of my daughters coaches come over and talk with me and give me updates. They tell us what they worked on during class, what she should work on more, and always tell her how impressed they are with her progress. We have tried 2 other gymnastics locations prior to starting here and I’ve never had a conversation with her coaches before - the only interaction I had was with the front desk about billing or checking her in.
