I had an incredible experience at Two Bridges Muay Thai. The moment I walked in, I could feel the energy — this isn’t some cookie-cutter gym, it’s a place built from passion and hard work. The founders literally started training under the bridges during the pandemic, and you can still feel that raw dedication in every class.

The coaches are top-notch: knowledgeable, motivating, and they break things down so both beginners and seasoned fighters get something valuable. The training pushed me hard, but I always felt supported and safe. The “three-friend rule” they talk about is real — everyone from the front desk to the other students went out of their way to make me feel part of the family.

The class itself was a perfect balance of technique, cardio, and striking. By the end, I was drenched in sweat and smiling ear to ear. What stood out most was the sense of community — this is more than a gym, it’s a home for people who love Muay Thai and want to grow together.

If you’re looking for world-class training, a welcoming environment, and a team that genuinely cares, this is the place. Two Bridges isn’t just about fighting — it’s about building bridges, and I’m glad I found it.

One year officially training at this gym. Coaches are very patient as well as beginner friendly from the day I started. Word of advice for all first timers, make sure you let your instructor and front desk know if its your first time ever training the art as well as your partner who you end up pairing with! Everyone is friendly and will offer advice, including myself if you run into me! Great gym and gym community.

Absolutely incredible Muay Thai gym, I started going here early in the summer last year and keep coming back whenever I have time. The staff is well organized and friendly. The gym and the equipment is clean. Classes are fun and different depending on the coach you sign up for. Your experience may differ depending on your partner but everyone is very friendly and open to helping you out if its your first time. I would say it is best to come to your first class in proper clothes and with some idea of what the basics are as the classes are usually full and the coach can’t provide individual attention at all times. Overall its a great gym with a welcoming community at a reasonable price.

The trainers are awesome and considering the “all levels class” is truly…all levels, the trainers are great and take MT very seriously. There’s also a great community so once you come to class a couple times, you can get to know people. Been attending since 2022 and have enjoyed it more than I expected!

I scored it at 10. I trained for a few years way back and was blessed to compete. Now, coming back in my 30s, starting at square one, you gotta be humble and you look for a place with positive reenforcement, good vibes, and people who can push you. Went for that first class, instructor was attentive, aggressive, well learned and cool. Everyone SUPER friendly. Superb conditioning. Notably, its not fancy, its real, its a great price and the beginner class is cool for all levels. Buying a package now. Highly recommend

Gathering up the courage to train at TBMT has been one of the best decisions I've made in a while. I was incredibly intimidated at first but on my very first day, Zack the coach approached me and reassured me that beginners are always welcome and it's only been up from there. Every session I attend I've learned so much and everyone has been incredibly supportive and welcoming. Prices are incredibly affordable and not only are you buying priceless training, but you're also buying into a tight knit community that pushes themselves for the better! I immediately bought another 5-class pass after I used my first five sessions and I'm definitely considering PT from some of the coaches. They put you to work and challenge you and I leave every class I've been to so far better and more disciplined than when I walked in. Can't wait to train here long term!

Been here around 20 times by now. You will definitely learn Muay Thai and you'll get in fantastic shape.

James and Justin are great and I consistently enjoy their classes. Taj will really get you into fighting shape.. today we focused on clinching, which I had never learned before. He walked around and really helped to hone in on technique. My favorite class ever at Two Bridges since joining.

I started coming here after an attempted attack on the street late last year. I joined TBMT to help get me out of the state of fearfulness I was living with after the experience. When I started, I was a complete beginner and couldn't do a single, good push-up. Now, I am much stronger and have made so much progress on moves/techniques I never thought I could do. However, the greatest benefit by far is that I have recently regained the confidence to walk through the city by myself again, which has been such a break-though. So much of that is thanks to the classes, people, and coaches at TBMT, so I can't recommend this place enough!

So I just started I have been going for five days now today I had to canceled got stuck at work in the rain but so far I like it great workout it can be a little intimidating at first but you will get the hang of it I think the only really hard part is for me talking to people I am super quiet and an introvert so teaming up with a partner is tough but different it is kinda getting me out of my shell and working with a teammate is a good way to practice. You will burn some calories with this school.Plus the instructors really explain well if it’s your first time.

Two Bridges is a place that I can't say enough good things about. The instruction from the coaches is detailed, clear, and the classes are thought out. I feel I've learned more here faster than I have anywhere I've trained previously.

The community is fantastic too! Lots of great, friendly people to train with.

TBMT has become a second home! The coaches are skilled, knowledgeable, and patient with all members. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been training for years, you will find space to work on your technique. It’s both a great workout and a great community. Truly all experience levels are welcome, and the environment is open, friendly, and focused.

This gym has done an exceptional job empowering women and other people who do not typically see themselves represented in a combat sport. Because of this place, I have found strength, empowerment, and close friends.

I cannot recommend enough!

TBMT has been awesome. They work you hard, but they're very welcoming. The all-levels classes have been great for a complete beginner like me, but they also give more advanced people the tools to refine their skills. I really look forward to the classes, and after just a couple months I feel like I've made a lot of progress in both fitness and technique.

I just love this place. I’ve been training Muay Thai for about 6 years and have been at TBMT for just under a year. I love the culture at the gym. They’ve got a colorful mix of people who are warm and welcoming but still push to help each other grow. The classes are intense and the sparring classes are monitored carefully.

Two Bridges Muay Thai is a great place to train! The coaches have designed and executed training programs that hone your skills and get you fit. They make careful observations and redirect your form, and take the time to make sure that you follow through on their suggestions. The gym has attracted and built a great community of fellow Muay Thai enthusiasts, as well. I'm happy to have joined!

I finally love Muay Thai again ❤️ I have been on and off training for a few years and tried several gyms, each have their positive and negative aspects and I can honestly say that I have finally found a place that offers everything I am looking for. The coaches here are amazing and focus on technique but also allow students to work through their hiccups while keeping the environment fun and challenging. Its a hard balance to achieve and they manage to leave you always craving more! If you are a beginner you will feel comfortable and the coaches really pay attention to make sure you're training with the right partner. Memberships are affordable and flexible and they do drop in classes for $20 so you can try a class to make sure it's the right fit. I really can't say enough good things about this place. Obviously things are tricky with Covid and they are taking precautions to make sure everyone is safe. Temperature checks and masks are required and they sterilize everything in-between classes.

I attended outside classes in Covid shape. That is to say blobby and round. The coaches keep an eye for people struggling and help them really well by fixing bad form as if, need be, slowing people down. They have excellent attitudes and energy. These guys absolutely love training and coaching their enthusiasm is evident and contagious.
I’m still struggling to get back in shape but I’m getting there learning and not just doing endless calisthenics. I’ve trained Muay in 4 other locations and this one has a lot of what you want. Small classes, attentive, respectful, professional instructors, no hidden fees, and available equipment. Very competitive prices too. This gym has members from all walks of life, men and women, younger and older. It’s one of those places you wish you were there for its inception so give it 1-2 classes and See.

This is a place where anyone can train as long as you do the hard work that the coaches require, they only want you to be the best version of yourself and the strongest! You will learn valuable technique, endurance, defense, sparring and how to kick like a beast from champs! This place is family!

Awesome coaches and classes. Went for a month and they were doing trainings outside. Great mix of beginners and intermediate, guys and girls. Usually they have 3-4 coaches around per group class, so someone is always around to give you pointers. Would recommend checking them out on IG where they’re more active and contacting them there.
