I feel great. I am so happy to have the knowledge and framework to succeed. I have made changes that are turning into habits that may not be sexy or lead to quick dramatic results but are sustainable. Strength training, eating more protein, tracking my food, drinking more water, taking more steps, less sugar/processed foods etc. I feel better physically and mentally. I have also changed my perspective from wanting to lose a certain number of pounds or get to a specific weight by an event or summer to thinking of my diet and fitness as a lifestyle rather than a temporary fix. This has helped me be kinder to myself when I am not perfect or hitting all the goals on all the days. It has also helped me get back on track when unexpected things come up. Thanks for everything Lindsay you are amazing and I am so happy to be a part of this community 💕💕💕

Joining this club has truly changed my life. I have always loved working out and in particular lifting heavy weights, and now I have found the perfect place to do it and couldn’t be happier. Lindsay has shown me how to improve my lifting techniques as well as shown me many new lifts and movements that keep each workout different and exciting. I always feel encouraged and confident during each class. In addition to working out, Lindsay has coached me on my nutrition, which has had remarkable results. I can’t imagine where I would be without this club!

I am SO happy I found upLIFT - I feel SO GOOD. Lindsay is a great coach - both in the gym and for nutrition. As a former athlete, I started to work with Lindsay after 4+ years of sedentary lifestyle with significant weight gain. Lindsay walked me through proper and attainable nutrition for my newly (re)active and work-travel ridden lifestyle - I have seen both weight loss and significant strength gains in our time together. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to tain in an exciting and comfortable atmosphere. Lindsay is an incredible trainer who helps you feel confident in yourself while reaching your fitness goals. No pressure in class since there are people of all different fitness levels. Working with Lindsay truly transformed my life. I have always been active and athletic but over the years, after the birth of my kids and stressful jobs, I started packing weight on. I had tried so many different workout and eating routines but nothing worked. When I started working with Lindsay I needed to lose a large amount of weight in order to have an important surgery. I lost almost 60 lbs over 10-months and Lindsay was there every step of the way tweaking my macros and workout routines so that in addition to losing weight and fat, I gained so much strength. My recovery after a 15 hr surgery has been so much easier as a result of the work we did together and I cannot wait to get back to it. I can not recommend Lindsay and upLift enough.
