Mike is a motivating training who is supportive and gets results! He adapts workouts to what you like and what will help you see results, mixing boxing, cardio, weight training, and body weight exercises. Heβs super affordable and I wish I still lived in the area to continue working with him.

I get a lot out of these sessions, Mike is a great guy, great atmosphere. I was totally new to training and I don't have a history of being athletic, but Mike is easy to work with and very encouraging.

Mikeβs passion for training and helping his clients succeed is what makes him so great. There is nothing that makes him happier than for him to see you improve after each session. He is full of surprises with his workouts so things are never boring. I highly recommend him as a trainer!!

Mike is not just a great trainer he is someone you can talk to to get you through your workout. He makes the time go bye. Sometime I feel like i can keep going but the hour is up. He is always changing the routine so it is great to keep it fresh.

I had heard about Michael over 10 years ago through an ex boyfriend who was training with him. My boyfriend at the time trained 3 days a week, learned how to meal plan and with the plans Mike helped provide and the personal training lost over 60 lbs. I started seeing Mike for training a few times a week to tone up after weight loss surgery, I had 25 lbs to loose. Mike helped me target these areas of concern, he is always available to give support and he makes sure to get back to u with any questions you may have.. He is professional and kind.. Vargus fitness comes highly recommended and appreciated from this chic..

I started training with Mike about a month ago. Iβm already down 9 pounds and I feel so much better. Amazing workouts that make the time fly! He always responds to messages with whatever random questions I have for him - no matter how ridiculous I think they may be. He makes workout plans for the days I donβt see him and just workout by myself. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to make changes.

I always look forward to my workout trained by Mike! Heβs super supportive and motivating. Always a new challenge with him. He knows when Iβm ready for a new level of push! If I need a workout plan for the gym or work travel in between sessions heβs right on it. Highly recommend trying out a consultation with him! Enjoy :)

Iβm in my late 40βs and was never really into fitness. My busy schedule made it difficult for me to find the time to dedicate to my exercise.
Mike Vargas is a fantastic trainer. He is attentive, experienced, and supportive. Iβve been working out with him for the past few months and the results are terrific.
Since I wasnβt in good shape, he started me off at a level that was easy enough for me to enjoy while getting an excellent workout. Itβs amazing to me how much better and stronger I feel so quickly. Mike keeps my 30 minute sessions well balanced with cardio and strength training and always keeps adding new and different exercises.
I highly endorse him!

I have been going to Mike Vargus for personal training for about 2 years now. In that time my confidence has improved through my fitness improving. Mike is very dedicated and loyal to his clients. He finds ways to challenge you and I've been doing exercises I never thought I would have the strength to do. Not only that, but Mike creates a very safe work out environment. He is very considerate of skill levels and if you are nervous about trying something new, he will guide you through it. He is also very flexible about setting up appointments and willing to accommodate his clients. I'm very happy with the decision to go to Vargus Fitness and I will continue to as long as possible!
