I love taking yoga here. Im pretty inexperienced when it comes to yoga, and have taken a good variety of classes here and they're all great, as well as the instructors. The book selection is great. Holli and her staff are all wonderful.

This yoga studio/bookstore is warm, welcoming, and such a unique space. I love the mix of yoga and books all in one spot. Casey is a wonderful instructor, supportive, calming, and always offering pose variations so everyone can move at their own pace without pressure. You can really tell that the owner, Holli cares about the community and has created a space where everyone feels comfortable and supported.

Stepping into this space was an experience beyond just yoga—it’s a haven for book lovers too! With a diverse collection spanning multiple genres, this place offers more than just relaxation for the body; it nurtures the mind as well. The moment my friend and I walked in, we were captivated by the open, welcoming atmosphere, instantly feeling our stress dissolve at the entrance. The staff member was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all our questions and offering thoughtful recommendations. Highly recommended!

Today was my first time attending a class at Vibe Yoga Lab and it was a 10/10 experience. Casey is a great instructor! I’m very new to practicing yoga and he helped me with some postures I was unfamiliar with and he was so kind and gentle. I can’t want to come back! The vibe of the whole place is so welcoming and relaxing. Such a unique space that Lancaster is so lucky to have.

Great experiences here! Love the free outdoor classes in the summer. Vibe definitely got me through some difficult days during my pregnancy. Was able to unwind and take a class at my own pace, I always recommend vibe yoga to anyone I meet!

Being apart of Yin Yoga Book Club has brought so many positives into my life. The best thing about it is the great bookish yogi community that Holli cultivates. The relaxing yin yoga gives me a chance to destress and recover from day to day challenges and the people and book talks recharge me before heading out into the world. Yin Yoga Book Club is something I look forward to every week!

Holly is a great instructor! Classes are so relaxing and no pressure to do anything more than what your body is comfortable doing. I have been attending since 2020 and Saturday mornings are my favorite but I also love book club for a deep stretch and listening to a new book.

Such a cool yoga space!! Holli is so nice and makes you feel welcome. I’ve been to some yoga studios that feel intimidating but that isn’t the case at all at Vibe. Plus they have a Yoga Book Club that meets weekly. It is such a relaxing part to my week that I really look forward to. Highly recommend! :)

I’ve been going to Vibe for a couple of weeks now and it has become my favorite studio in Buffalo! I’ve been to a ton of yoga studios throughout the city and Vibe has all the right energy. It’s so relaxing, the classes are amazing and Holli is so nice! The aesthetic of the studio will immediately transport you to a place of zen.
