I've been a member of Vitality Fitness for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The facility is always clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with top-of-the-line machines and free weights.
What sets Vitality Fitness apart is the sense of community. The trainers are incredibly supportive and genuinely care about helping you reach your fitness goals. Whether you're new to working out or an experienced athlete, there’s something here for everyone. I especially love the group classes—they’re fun, motivating, and led by passionate instructors who keep you energized from start to finish.

I will tell you the truth about this gym...You get a complete individual workout to address your personal goals.Weather that is preparing for an event,recovering from injury,building your health,wellness,and strength this gym does all that and more! If you prefer group training there's a class for that,I love being able to do both if I choose!My muscle strength has already increased in just a month of training!I am 67 years old and I can squat,twist,bend,lift,pull,and move with greater flexibility than ever!I encourage you to check this clean well equipped gym out it will not disappoint you!Oh and the coach and members are a easy going friendly community ready to encourage all efforts made!

There is an amazing mix of one on one attention and group activity at Vitality Fitness. I was insecure about working out with other people until I met Coach Sawyer. To look back at my fitness journey and see how far I have come is in large part because of Sawyers attention and encouragement. He has created a place where you can workout regardless of where one is at in their journey. He meets you where you are at and that is amazing. My daughter has special needs and she is so excited to workout at “Sawyers gym”. That kind of openness is hard to find.

This gym is incredible. Coach Sawyer is friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The 1:1 training is on point each time we meet and is called to my abilities and fitness level. The group sessions are fun and varied.

Vitality fitness is a great place to be. Circus workout are amazing. Regular workouts are a great way to focus on certain area of the body. Great information on nutrition . Coach Sawyer focuses on what you want out of a workout.

I joined Vitality Fitness seven weeks ago. I was hesitant because a gym is not within my comfort zone. The first time I walked in the door, Coach Sawyer made me feel welcome. He understands I am not familiar with the equipment and takes the time to demonstrate and encourage. He also has a workout plan in place, specific to the individual, every session. Looking back, it was definitely a step in the right direction. I encourage anyone looking for a gym, to check out Vitality Fitness and speak with Coach Sawyer.
Coach Sawyer also put together an outdoor workout for Memorial Day. It was nice being outside on one of our rare sunny mornings. It was a challenge, but everyone made it and there was lots of encouragement.

I followed Coach Sawyer to Vitality Fitness from a previous place because he’s that good! The atmosphere here is super supportive, and even though I’m not where I want to be yet fitness-wise, I always feel comfortable showing up. There’s no scale—it’s all about how you feel—and the gym is always clean, which really matters to me. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive and encouraging place to get stronger.

After years of trying different gyms and different trainers I finally found the one for me. I have always struggled at the gym and never really seen results. After training with Sawyer in 2020 I began seeing results I had been wanting for years. Learning from Sawyer about nutrition & fitness has truly changed my life! Sawyer focused on my needs and listened to where I wanted to be & we made a plan to get me to my goals. Finding the right coach is important! I would highly recommend Sawyer to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals!
