Absolutely the best gym I’ve been to in Rochester. The owner is fantastic and it’s the only Hispanic owned Gym in Rochester.. These guys are willing to collaborate with people who need help in the community like women’s shelters for free classes. Great equipment and it’s Open 24 hours a day for the whole year. My girlfriend and I worked out on Thanksgiving and Christmas! Great price and location too
