Visited Ellicottville for the first time and was looking for a gym. This gym did not disappoint. It has a perfect mix of free weights, cardio room, and cross fit-type set up. There is no central air but the fans and cool mornings help keep it comfortable. Brad, the owner, helped me get set up quickly for a week pass once we arrived. After signing in, you get a key code for 24 hour access.

This is an amazing gym family. When I first walked in to the little valley gym I was scared and no idea what to expect. Now I'm doing personal trainings, bootcamps and challenges that I have never would have done. But the love and support that this gym family gives is like no other. I am so happy I joined warrior fitness and can not wait for what's to come 🙌 💪 🤗

It looks like a nice place to work out. But what really gets this rating is the massage services located in the same building - MOUNTAIN VIEW MASSAGE. Regina and Sarah are wonderful therapists. Know their anatomy and how to work out the tough, painful spots!
