Our appointment-only classical Pilates studio provides individualized sessions as the founder Joseph Pilates intended. Fully certified and with over 10 years professional experience, our private and semi-private sessions create unique workouts for each client - targeting long-term injuries, achieving fitness goals, shaping stronger cores, gaining flexibility, and eliminating aches & pain.

I’ve been practicing Pilates with Waterfield Pilates for over 5 years and I don’t ever want to stop! Mary watches closely and always makes sure your form is correct so you get the most of the exercises. You can’t get that kind of attention from a group class or online session. She listens to what you say about your own focus areas, is so encouraging but will never pressure you to go beyond or get hurt. She’s so excellent!!
