Amazing rental experience! Shawn is a great communicator. From the first time I inquired about renting the gym, up until the day of my event, Shawn left no questions unanswered. To the team; Bea - thanks for the tour and Mike - thank you for ensuring I had all I needed at the time of my event.

I started seriously at WHOA Fitness in January, and I’m so happy I did! The staff is incredibly welcoming and patient, making it easy to stay consistent. I went from having a negative outlook on working out to attending bootcamp five days a week—and actually loving it. The vibes are always fun, and they keep things exciting with themed workouts, game nights, and other creative events.

I attend with my sister, and it truly feels like a family. My stamina, form, and overall love for fitness have already improved, and I can see changes in my body. I can’t wait to see even more progress, God willing!

Special shoutout to my amazing 6 AM instructors Bee, Kessa, and Kam for always pushing us, and to Mike for the Saturday sessions! You all make this journey even better!

I've recently joined whoa fitness gym, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Over this short time, I've gained a lot of confidence in my workouts and feel so much better about continuing my physical journey. Although the classes are in a group setting, the trainers make sure that everyone gets the attention they need. They are always focused on helping me do the exercises correctly, ensuring I'm working efficiently and safely.
Communication with the trainers has been easy, and with the variety of class times available, they’re able to accommodate any schedule, which is a huge plus.
What really sets them apart is the sense of community they’ve built at the gym. The trainers push everyone to reach their full potential while making sure we feel comfortable and supported. It's clear they genuinely care about each client, and that makes all the difference in my fitness journey.

I just started with Whoa fitness a week ago with personal training and the two different boot camp classes. I was nervous at first because I have some physical limitations. The instructors are very knowledgeable about modifications so that I am able to participate. I like that the trainers work together for participants to reach their potential. The other participants are welcoming to new people. This is great place and I recommend it highly.

Belba cares for your mental progress. Fitness is more than the actionable skill, it’s a combo of mentally doing what you know you need to do which is diet and consistency.

Mike is truly a gem, a OG in this fitness craft. With very little effort you do whatever he tells you to do no matter how hard it may feel. He has the “failure is not an option” aura! Mike also always smells amazing, lol! How are you?

Overall, know whoa is a family community. It may feel overwhelming when you first show up. But don’t worry everyone who attends can help with any questions! Whoa can always spot the Newbies!

Black and red power color theme. Full purpose gym! Beverage machine, clothing merch, gym towels and plenty of bathrooms.

I was searching for a proper gym that offers classes with EXPERIENCED trainers. These are not your typical “chain gym trainers” looking to make some side money. They have curated classes to help introduce newbies and challenge those who already have background knowledge in fitness.

I booked their 16week unlimited boot camp package. For $280, you can go to any class labeled bootcamp (they have about 4boot camp classes per day) for the month. I am seeing such great results in terms of my body’s composition.

If you want to get strong in a safe space then WHOA Body or NO body! 💞

I started working out with Mike From Whoafitness in late September 2021 and it has been nothing but a pleasure. I started out seeking a personal trainer for something other than my physical appearance. I needed to get my mental state back in order and wanted to work on my discipline skills. I started out working 3 days a week and now I'm a just about twice a day. During these last few months I was about to accomplish my goals. I'm in a way better Mental space. I no longer struggle with my laziness, procrastination, and my hesitation. Ultimately, I Look Good and Feel Great. If you’re looking for trainers that hold you accountable, make sure you achieve your body goals, set up weekly meal plans, and track your measurements every two weeks then these are the folks for you! Whoa Fitness has a super welcoming and friendly environment. I started out with Mike @whoafitness back in Sept./Oct. ‘21. We discussed what my goals were and what I wanted to change about my body. I told him I wanted to be snatched in a matter of weeks.He looked at me and laughed. He sat me down and took my measurements (boy oh boy)and took my before pictures.Mike has been super supportive of me and my endeavors. I can think back to a time when we had a 6AM session scheduled and I missed it due to me oversleeping. He proceeded to call me and give me the longest and most motivational talks I haven’t had in awhile. He made sure to remind me of the goals we had set in place. Even then he called me a 2nd time to tell me about myself.Accountability is a thing I admired/appreciated about Mike.I had weekly checkin with him. One of his infamous lines,”how’s the diet going?” A simple “good or bad” would’ve sufficed. Here I go telling him I cheated. I told him I had 2pcks of brownie lil bites and drove myself to Brooklyn to get turkey wings,mac and yams. Mike made sure he held me accountable by measuring me,and we discussed that I’d come in and work til I lost the weight I gained back. It hasn’t always been an easy journey plenty of times I thought about quitting but Mike was always there to pick me up. Lifting weights isn’t all about going to the gym embracing the journey to the goals you’re trying to reach. More importantly meeting people who will help and support me on my journey to success💪🏽.

I recently started the BOOTCAMP 04/05/22 Monday-Friday from 9pm-10pm and I absolutely LOVE IT! First and foremost Mr. Mike is an amazing trainer. He incorporates mixed routines with cardio and strength training with weights. The routine are all manageable from beginner and more advance total body workout. He also provides great support and hospitality things you don’t always get with this type of service. He really cares and pushes you to your greatest potential. One thing I love about the services he others is assisting you with correcting your form. His prices are fair and great value definitely worth it. The other ladies I met at class are all so supportive and encouraging as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
