I started working with WCF with pain in my knees going downstairs. I am now doing squats without pain and am stronger than ever. If you have the opportunity to work with WCF, RUN DO NOT WALK!!!

I can't imagine my life without Kathleen. As much as her actual training is valuable, she is a great listener and can adjust what I need on the spot. She is fine with discomfort from all those tough reps, but never with pain. I have been working with Kathleen for more than five years and find her helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Kathleen is an excellent trainer. She’s super knowledgeable. She always asks the right questions and really listens to how her clients are feeling. I started training with Kathleen after a number of injuries and my body feels better and stronger because of her. She really focuses on form which has made a world of difference. I started working with Kathleen after my PT recommended her. I only see her once a week but I get so much out of our session. Working with her has been a great investment!
Not only does she help me with my strength workouts, but she also helped me with my pelvic issues that started after I gave birth. I have seen improvement in my day to day life and my performance in multi sports. Each session is well spent as I leave with more knowledge in preventing injuries, balancing workouts and recovery and better form.

Kathleen is by far one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. As a professional dancer, I have a lot of wear and tear on my body but since working with her, my pain has significantly decreased. What was once excruciating pain is now just the normal soreness. She has an extensive understanding of the human body and alignment, which is VERY important and something not enough trainers have- she doesn’t just throw carbon copy workouts at people- she tailors the workouts based on your individual needs. She also always takes the time to listen to you and explain everything thoroughly. I’m so grateful I found her and would highly recommend her services to everyBODY!

Working w Kathleen was the best investment of time and money that I made while pregnant.
Kathleen rose to the challenge of my constantly changing body and helped me build strength safely through all trimesters and postpartum. Her thoughtful programming and sense of humor made working with her essential to my wellness. Most notably, I developed SI joint pain in month five that was progressively limiting my ability to walk or climb stairs(in nyc!). We worked on my movement patterns and it was gone in a couple of weeks. Without working with her, I would have been immobilized for half of my pregnancy. Instead, I was able to maintain my independence and mobility without pain until the very end.
I credit her training and pelvic floor teaching with my fast recovery from labor and I would never have been able to carry my son or all his equipment without working with her. I love that I can pick him up, throw him in the air, bathe him and carry him (and a stroller) up and down stairs without thinking twice. I can’t recommend working with her enough!

I started working with Kathleen just recently and can already say that her method and approach made a huge difference in how I feel. She is big on setting you up with proper form, incorporating breath work while engaging your core so that your body is strengthened and supported in ways you haven’t felt before. I felt my abs “turn on” after the very first session with Kathleen like never before, and have noticed a remarkable difference in how much more engaged my core has become in everyday activities.
I absolutely recommend working with Kathleen. She is a pro when it comes to movement and will get you to become your best and strongest self.
