Wish I could give 0 stars. So disappointed in the management of this gym. Itβs falling apart and the owner obviously isnβt paying the bills. Walked in on Saturday and the electricity was out. People were working out in the dark which seems like a safety hazard. I couldnβt find whoever was working that day. Went there again today to cancel my membership due to all the issues and the doors were locked. The phone doesnβt work when you call. No idea how I am supposed to cancel my membership. The least they could do is put up a sign that theyβre closing and no one will be charged future fees. Itβs a shame as I loved the old school feel of this gym.

Place is falling apart. Often times the power is mysteriously cut off (not paying the bill??) and the doors are closed. Cable is gone, no wifi. The machines are falling apart, bathroom just recently started to get cleaned, many of the machines dont even have pins to secure the weights. I finally had it and left. Real shame too.. I was a member there for over 10 years.

Not a bad gym in and of itself, but the people that work there and the upkeep are terrible. So many things turned me off about his place, from not being able to get a receipt for my membership, to dirty equipment, to a rude staff, to closing at inconsistent times, et cetera. Overall itβs just a poorly-run gym; Iβll be taking my business elsewhere when my membership expires in a few days.

Not for pu'ssys or old people.Comp about the bathrooms or the fact they don't have a pool? Then this Iron temple isn't for you, you would be much better suited at planet fitness or crunch down the road. Be sure to stop at salvation army to get a change of panties beforehand. However, if you are one hardcore muthaf*cker, or aspire to be one, come here and train with the best. They have all the equipment you need and before you know it you'll be deadlifting 400 pounds. Not only can you slam the weights here but it's encouraged. Only about 25 a month to become JACKED. GO HERE AND GO HARD.

The hours and weights are unbeatable around the area. They are even open on holidays, just in case your chest days in on a Monday π

This is my favorite gym on the island, a bit of nostalgia for me as it was my first gym i paid for myself, as a kid. I have been member to a few different ones. Fitness24, Retro, Crunch, and Golds DeerPark(now called ProFit). World Gym is my favorite for its simplicity. Its just a small gym with an old school atmosphere. Plenty of machinery and equipment to do whatever you need to do, plus more. Their new group room has some boxing equipment that i love, a neat jacobs ladder which is essentially a treadmill variation of climbing a ladder.
Equipment is regularly well maintained. Entire facility is clean. There is a sleek red and black color scheme going on. Not a nauseating Red and yellow....Anyway if youre looking for a great simple gym, that knows exactly what it is and wants to be, a place for you to relieve stress and get big(or lean). Not some edgy gym, with try hard personal trainers.
This is the best place on the island. I myself call it the miniature Bev Francis.

Pros
-Lots of equipment and accessories
-Friendly staff
-Helpful patrons
-Has a monolift
-Rarely gets overcrowded
-Lockers and showers
-Unlike some gyms (LA fitness) most people actually put dumbells back and rack their weights instead of leaving it all over the floor
Cons:
-Mens locker room always smells like a fat turd.

Great gym!! Its a little grungy but it has a good atmosphere. You get powerlifting and bodybuilding equipment that is in decent shape and metal weight plates (the best). Surprisingly this place has been cleaner than the bigger commercial gym that I used to go to (even the bathrooms). Also the staff is friendly and the gym for how small it is has never felt overcrowded, even during rush hours.

Great Gym, the employees always greet you with a smile and a good day. Mostly older crowd when I go they seem to be regulars there and treat the gym with much respect. Weights get racked when they are done and a the time I go I don't have any issues getting my workout in. It is definitively an old school gym.

I've been at this gym for a few months now and I highly recommend trying it out! The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-equipped it was! The staff was really friendly. The gym was recently renovated. All new floors, a juice bar and freshly painted store front. It looks great. You can definitely tell the owner put a lot into it. The gym recently added classes. I go to the boat camp class once a week and it kicks my butt. haha But the best thing about this gym is that its a total one-stop shop! You can go tanning, work out and get a healthy shake or snack all at the same place!

I guess they raised the prices recently but their isn't any new equipment. It's good to workout but the bathrooms are pretty dirty and smelly.

If you want a gym where you can pick things up and put things down, this gym is perfect. For people who really want to weight train, you can't go wrong here. I had to move and I have yet to come across a gym that so perfectly met my needs as this one.
