Going to my prenatal yoga class was the highlight of my weeks leading up to my delivery. Liat creates this welcoming, zen environment that can calm anyone down. Her voice, understanding & yoga techniques made me want to attend every single one of her classes. During my first pregnancy I had a lot of nervousness and anxiety but Liat’s yoga class made me feel so relaxed and light afterwards. I felt productive, that I can tackle anything after her class was over!! She creates a safe space for moms. I even made friends with other women from her classes that are also walking into this new journey like me. I have just given birth and look forward to Liat’s mommy and me classes very soon! I can already tell baby is going to love it because the kind of environment Liat creates. Liat stayed in touch with me during my pregnancy, I was able to message her about any concerns and she gave great advice. I highly recommend Yoga Mind Li. I tell all my friends and family about it. My husband is so proud of me for finding a positive outlet. I drive all the way from the city to join her classes! Thank you for a wonderful experience Liat ♥️

I took prenatal classes with Liat and her yoga studio is warm and inviting. Her classes were exactly what I needed during my last few weeks, they were calming, relaxing, and spiritual. Liat also gives great advice during the pregnancy journey and takes the time to listen and talk to everyone. I also love how she gives snacks and water after class. I wish I had taken more classes earlier in my pregnancy-highly recommend Yoga, mind, and LI.

I started Liat’s prenatal yoga class at 18 weeks pregnant and attended weekly until I went into labor at 38 weeks. Liat is an incredible yoga instructor, advocate for women and children and prenatal educator. Classes with Liat provided so much relief to my body and mind. Liat teaches you a variety of poses to help your body be more comfortable throughout pregnancy and labor as well as mindfulness practices to help support the mental aspect of transitioning to parenthood. Liat is warm, extremely generous and knowledgeable. She is a wealth of information and has eased my mind so many times throughout my pregnancy. I am so grateful for her, I had an amazing pregnancy and in part due to the amazing care and guidance I received during weekly yoga classes.

I went here for prenatal yoga while I was pregnant and it was such a wonderful experience for me. I was back and forth about having a home water birth, and this class really helped me to trust my body, listen to what my baby and body were telling me, and make the decision. When I started feeling contractions I got onto my yoga ball and did the movements I learned in class. I had a beautiful home water birth and I truly believe that this class played a role in that! Liat is an amazing yoga instructor!

Yoga with Liat has been a fantastic experience. I was desperate for help with prenatal aches and pains and found her. Her sessions helped me so much to physically feel better (as well as emotionally). She is very knowledgeable on safe and comfortable positions for every stage of pregnancy, and helps prepare for labor. Each class has been slightly different to accommodate for the needs of a changing pregnant body. Some Pilates work has been added to classes too when appropriate. Looking forward to continuing after pregnancy. Highly recommend!

I started attending Liat's prenatal yoga classes at week 16 and still attend every week. I look forward to it every Thursday evening! Liat is extremely knowledgable on which part of our body to work on and safe poses/stretches for pregnant ladies. She will always ask if there are any particular aches we need to focus on this week before starting our mediation and yoga session, making each class a unique and intimate experience. Liat’s prenatal yoga classes have been the best thing I’ve done for myself during this pregnancy. I’m not one to commit to regular exercise classes but I can’t help coming back for more. I even ditch dinner after work with my husband to come to yoga. 😂 It truly relaxes, refreshes and rejuvenates me to take on the week ahead. The class is a mix of meditation, breath work and gentle poses. Her studio is immaculate and smells amazing. 😂 Liat has such a bright energy that rubs off onto you and I feel taken cared of during this pregnancy even though that is not her job. ❤️

Liat is a very experience and talented teacher. She is sensitive and she is sewing the lessons to her students as a tailor.

Liat is very knowledgable and she makes you feel very welcome comfortable and safe in her classes.
Her home studio Yoga mind Li is the perfect place for you if you’re looking for intimate classes.
Due to the small class sizes, Liat was able to provide one on one instruction which I really appreciate.
I have enjoyed taking excellent classes with her such as beginners yoga, restorative yoga and mindfulness breathing.
I highly recommend her studio to anyone that love and wants to practice yoga.

My wife and I have the distinct fortune and pleasure of practicing yoga with Liat Chanoch. We started in February, a few weeks before the evolving coronavirus situation required Liat to close her studio. But, even after just the few yoga practice sessions with Liat in her beautiful studio, we knew we had found our yoga teacher! Now we are back at Yoga Mind LI, practicing our yoga with Liat outdoors, in a beautiful setting surrounded by the calming sounds of nature. There can be no better place to be practicing yoga! Liat is an extremely knowledgeable yoga instructor, who adapts the yoga poses to the ability of her students so that each student can achieve competency in each session. The class sizes are small, so that each student receives adequate individual attention, guidance, encouragement and support. We highly recommend Liat’s yoga classes.
