The best studio I’ve been to in Raleigh!! Everyone is so welcoming, joyful, encouraging and tough in the inspiring way!! On top of this a walk in class is at least 5-10 dollars cheaper than the competition PER CLASS (seriously it’s like going to a grocery store and seeing buy 2 get 1 90% off everyday but better cause we aren’t talking about a 3 dollar jar of peanut butter) and for an amazing experience!! 110 yoga has helped me physically, spiritually, and personally and would recommend to anyone and everyone id give 100/5 stars if I could thank you to everyone that teaches and goes there for all the improvements and joy y'all have brought to my life and I could not imagine going anywhere but 110 hot yoga!!

I found 100 Yoga through my corporate wellness ClassPass account almost 3 years ago, but didn't start consistently coming weekly until September 2024. I echo the amazing review here from Brittany Hall that this studio is genuinely focused on proper alignment and informed instruction. This is crucial for me as I sustained a broken back injury in 2003 and am constantly improving my core mobility/strength to minimize the residual back pain in a way that ensures I won't injure myself again. I've enjoyed Strength & Balance classes in the past but now prefer just coming for hot yoga. The Raleigh studio is incredibly welcoming and I love practicing with students of all abilities and ages. Cassie is my favorite teacher (love her playlists and down to earth personality!) but I've never had a bad instructor here. I love that there's a variety of class times to fit many schedules and online booking is so easy. I highly recommend this studio and am so grateful to have it as part of my wellness routine.

I LOVE 110! I am not a "yogi" so it was important for me to find a place that didn't make me feel more awkward than I already did. 110 is my community! They embraced me and have taught me so much. Christina and all the instructors are very encouraging and helpful. HIGHLY recommend 110 Yoga Studio!

I've been practicing at 110 Yoga for a while now, and what keeps me coming back again and again is their deep focus on alignment and intelligent movement. This isn’t just about working up a sweat, it’s about moving with purpose, building strength that supports longevity, and truly learning how to care for your body on and off the mat.

The teachers here are knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly intentional. They make alignment accessible and empowering, whether you're brand new or have been practicing for years. I’ve learned how to move smarter, listen to my body more, and challenge myself in ways that feel sustainable, not depleting.

The space in Raleigh and Durham have a welcoming energy, with a clean, calming aesthetic that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is warm and thoughtful, and the community feels genuine.

If you’re looking for a studio that’s as much about wisdom as it is about wellness, 110 Yoga is it.

I had a horrible experience at this yoga studio- not to mention it is clear that the mats and other yoga equipment is not sanitized properly (the smells and crust on them almost had me gagging). The instructor I had seemed annoyed that I showed up to take her class. 1/10 on customer service and 0/10 on cleanliness. I would recommend skipping this studio.

Best Yoga in Raleigh, and the teachers are perfectly patient and persistently challenging. I came to 110 a year ago after a back injury, and the blend of core strength and supportive postures has me feeling stronger than ever! Highly recommend the teacher training as well; you learn a ton and get even stronger! Special thanks to my Raleigh teachers; Alyssa for always-on attentive encouragement; Carrie’s creative sequences and groovy playlists; Audrey’s steady guidance and welcoming new folks; Clara’s excellent sequences and perfect timing; Lucille for encouraging and challenging us to keep growing; and Christina for creating a legacy of excellence worth protecting. Hope to see you around the studio soon!

I’ve been to multiple yoga studios in Raleigh, but I keep coming back to 110 yoga! Arguably the best prices in the triangle (can’t beat a $5 class). I really like that they have midday classes as well as early morning and evening classes. All age groups and experience levels welcome here. The instructors offer lots of adjustments and encouragements. Space is roomy and well kept. The workouts are challenging 🔥🥵 but the vibes are loose and fun so don’t worry about falling out of a pose. 10/10 highly recommend

I signed me & my boyfriend up for a Sunday night class which said was available online. When we arrived to the studio no one was there. Ive called & emailed to get either rescheduled or refunded with no answer. I called again multiple times on different days & again no answer. Im sure its a great studio but my experience with them & communication makes me not willing to try again & to just request for a refund.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a yoga class at this modern and trendy studio, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, the warmth and friendliness of every staff member were palpable. It wasn't just the staff, though; the members themselves exuded a sense of community and welcome that made me feel right at home.

The class itself was a unique experience. The flow of the session was unlike any other I've attended, seamlessly blending traditional poses with innovative techniques. This approach not only challenged me but also allowed me to release tension in ways I hadn't experienced before. It was as if every movement was thoughtfully designed to unlock a new level of relaxation and mindfulness.

A special shoutout must be given to their incredible sound system. The music during the class was not just background noise; it was an integral part of the experience. The playlist was perfectly curated, enhancing each pose and transition, uplifting the spirit, and deepening the practice. 10/10 recommend!!

This is a review for the Yoga Teacher Training program at 110. I completed the YTT at 110 a few months ago and I cannot say enough great things about my experience - It’s been life changing! For starters, I’m not big on public speaking, and you have to teach a community class to graduate. But after going through the program, I had all the tools I needed to teach a class so it went better than I thought it would! What’s been most helpful is the support (from Cristina and all the awesome instructors at 110) along the way with providing me those opportunities to keep teaching and building up my confidence and finding my voice in the room to guide students through flows.

I definitely recommend this YTT program if you’re looking to deepen your practice of yoga and/ or interested in becoming a yoga teacher. From the mindfulness sessions to learning about anatomy, alignment, functional movement, asanas, inversion clinics, creative sequencing, what cues to use and when, and even creating playlists to make music part of the class experience, everything comes together by the end of the program. A major plus is the people at 110, I’m so glad I found this studio!

This is a review for their teacher training:

I looked into all the teacher trainings and picked 110 for a couple of reasons - they’re serious about moving correctly and sustainably, and they actually teach you how to teach. It’s an experience you can carry with you the rest of your life, even outside of yoga - how to communicate, how to serve, how to be mindful and present, how to grow confidence and trust…

You’ll get to know the best teachers at 110 who will be your mentor for your journey during and beyond your training. You’ll make new friends who will grow with you and support you. Mostly, you’ll learn so much about yourself.

Highly recommended to anyone whether you want to be a teacher or not.

Best dang yoga studio in Raleigh. Everyone is very friendly and they really emphasize the value of moving well. I've learned so much about strength and muscle engagement, benefits I didn't really expect. Plus my knee pain is gone! Every teacher/instructor has given a positive & unique experience, but my favorite classes so far have been with Daniela, Brittani, Lucille, Cristina, and Matt. It's great having such variety of quality instruction.

I just started my yoga journey 3 weeks ago at 110. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place and the instructors. 110 has truly become my safe place. Not only have I found soemthing I thoroughly enjoy, I have seen myself come so far mentally and physically in such a short time. I’ve never once enjoyed work out classes or gyms and such and I can honestly say I look forward to booking my next class after each visit. The atmosphere is so welcoming & judgment free. Thank you so much to everyone at 110 for making each experience better than the last every time.

If you are a mover you must try a class at 110!! The instructors find a unique way to use concise ques over inspiring music to guide students through dynamic and challenging sequences. 110 provides the space to get lost in the flow and connect the breath, mind, and body.
Friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. The studio is always spotless and equipped with all necessary amenities.

Beautiful, hip, urban hot yoga studio located in downtown Raleigh, just blocks off Fayetteville Street. 110 offers varying levels of hot vinyasa classes taught by knowledgeable, passionate and skilled yogi instructors--with a special focus on proper alignment and form.

Classes that are taught during the popular "after work M-F" are oftentimes full--so again arrive 15 minutes before class starts.

I have taken classes and workshops there--great experience! In particular their foam rolling workshop is so helpful and informative for runners, cyclists and peeps who love other sports.

Creatively designed classes indoors and outdoors that were mindfully aligned with the restrictions the COVID pandemic caused. Heads off to this the 110 Yoga team!

I have been going to 110 on and off for years and every time I’ve visited this spot I’ve been treated with kindness and respect. The owner is so one of the strongest teachers I’ve ever met. Many of the teachers from all around Raleigh have taught here at one point or another because the owner has been at the heart of the Raleigh yoga scene for as long as I can remember. I recommend this place anyone new to yoga or new in the area. Go see it for yourself and take Christina’s or Rachel’s class. You won’t be disappointed.

A great studio for those simply wishing to improve their physical & mental well-being while having fun.

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi, 110 is a great place to practice. The instructors all care about the yoga and are not there mindlessly going through the asanas.

The studio is impeccably clean and there is ample parking on the street or in the garage.

Class styles vary with instructors and even among the same instructors, which is good because simply doing the same routine over and over is quite boring IMO.

Purists probably won't care for it (which is good because I find them to be rather snobby and condescending) , but there are few if any truly 'purist' yoga studios anymore, unless you happen to be in SFO, Seattle, or NYC.

The nice thing is you can make the classes as hard or as easy as you want, and nobody will stare at you with disdain, even if you stay in child's pose the entire session. :)

I also like the fact that the studio draws a wide demographic swath. The yogis are not simply millennials looking to 'get their yoga on' because they read an article about yoga in Cosmo, while decked out in $500 Lulu setups with $125 Yeti water bottles but struggle to hold even basic poses. People from all age groups and abilities comprise the majority of the classes.

I will say that it is not as hot or as humid as some other studios, so if room temps >106 & humidity levels approaching 90% are your thing, you're out of luck.

Namaste!

110 Yoga is top notch!
The studio is extremely sanitary and is constantly pumping clean air flow to maintain a pleasant scent. You feel very clean before, during & after classes here.
Aside from cleanliness, this studio is highlighted with their experienced, educated & spunky teachers! This studio holds classes that can suit all levels by offering in class modifications to accommodate whatever your skill level is… It is comforting to invite newcomer friends to try a class where I know they will feel comfortable.
One unique feature are the tid-bits of knowledge the teachers drop during classes that point out common mistakes and in-pose “checkpoints” to be aware of to prevent injuries. This has been huge for me in expediting growth.
Overall… amenities are squeaky clean, teachers are inspiring, pricing is incredible & the music playlists are fire. I’ve been to all the Studios in Raleigh and 110 Yoga is HANDS(tand) down the best! ;)

Yoga perfection!
Time is our most valuable resource. For the following reasons this studio will be a regular part of my life:
* Top notch instruction - After several classes and a wide variety of teachers this has consistently been the best team I've encountered.
* Extremely friendly staff - At a level that can only be achieved when its sincere.
* Constant variety at high quality - Every class has been challenging (at any level of proficiency). Each teacher has their own style and no two classes, even with the same teacher, have been alike.
* Culture of acceptance - Beginners are warmly welcomed by seasoned yogis. No peer pressure.
* Safety - Individual performance is stressed and there is a consistent message to listen to your own body and to respond with rest or modification as you see fit.
* Excellent cueing - Poses and flows are queued very well for proper expression, safety, and effectiveness. Fuller expression is cued as an option or modification when appropriate. Counter poses are cued or added to the flow as appropriate.
* Immaculately clean - Hot yoga makes for a good deal of sweating and this space has been superbly constructed to this purpose. The staff does a wonderful job cleaning the studio and locker rooms. The spaces are designed with surfaces that clean well and the staff keeps them spotless. Rental mats are extensively cleaned (if I linger after class I catch the teachers doing this very thoroughly).
* Cold lavender towels after class - After each class, during your savasana, they deliver a refrigerated hand towel with a hint lavender essential oil directly to your hand. Explaining how good this feels defies words. It's a miracle in towel form.
* Great value - Can you buy an unlimited month of yoga here with a mat included for the same price as a night out on the town - absolutely, yes!

I don't recommend IF... you want to just do the same Ashtanga practice over and over and over ...

I absolutely love this studio. The instructors are all fantastic and they do more than just guide - they actually instruct. Unlike many yoga classes/studios, they focus heavily on proper alignment to ensure you get everything you can out of a flow, as well as avoid potential injuries. Each instructor has a different feel to it - some lead their classes in a meditative way, others are more intense and focus on the physical aspect. No matter what you're in the mood for, they have a class for you!
