15 to Fit is awesome! I was so impressed this past weekend with taking my first course for pilates teacher training and am so excited to keep coming back! Olivia is an amazing teacher and truly knows her stuff. I am so happy I found 15 to Fit and I can't recommend them enough!

Night and Day difference from my Pilates experience at another studio. WOW!!! At 15 to Fit, the classes are designed to be small so the instructor can focus on each person's needs, ensuring proper form. I felt like my efforts were maximized and each rep counted because Patrea was right there making sure I was doing it correctly.
The owner is very committed to training, development and advancement. She is constantly reinvesting in herself, training from some of the best in the world and bringing it back to her team and clients. I love that!
If you are a Pilates fan or thinking about trying it, I highly recommend 15 to Fit!

15 to Fit Pilates has been a life changer! I signed up for an Intro Session at the Huntersville location and was hooked! The instructors are all fantastic and since the classes are small, they get to know you and work closely to help you reach your goals. Iβve been taking classes for about three months now and I am feeling so much stronger and seeing positive changes in my body. Each session is always different and fun! Love it!!

I knew very little about Pilates going into my first class here. The instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable. They made quick corrections, which helped me feel comfortable and get a lot out of my first few sessions. There is continuity between the different instructors, locations, and equipment used. Highly recommend!

The individual attention at 15 to Fit is fabulous! The instructors deliver clear instructions and provide detailed feedback throughout the sessions. The studio is very welcoming and supportive. Emphasis is placed on form as the staff promotes just the right balance of challenging activities. I have made progress in a short amount of time and am eager to continue my fitness journey at 15 to Fit!

I have been going to 15 to Fit for over 3 years now. I love all the instructors and how they each have different personalities. You are sure to "click" with any one of them. The classes always have the basics but then each month we focus on a particular move so there is some variation in the classes. The equipment is new and in great condition. I personally love the reformer, but the ladders and other equipment are fun to use too. If you are new to Pilates, a few private sessions and then you will be ready to attend any of the classes. It is a fun, effective way to exercise without the impact on joints. Each class is designed to work the beginner as well as the experienced participant. Give Pilates a try at 15 to Fit. I promise you will fall in love with it and be in the best shape of your life!!

I have been taking classes at 15 to Fit, Mooresville for almost 3yrs. and I still enjoy it more than any other workout I have done in the past. The instructors are all wonderful and really customize each work out, whether it's a class or private instruction. There is no other exercise that builds your strength, flexibility and balance all at the same time! It is so exciting that 15 to Fit now has a second location in Huntersville!!

For someone who is not a fan of exercise in general, I love the workouts because they are challenging enough to make a difference, but not so overwhelming that I think of reasons to not go! They are different every time and the personal attention is much appreciated!

I was told by a professional trainer that I needed to stretch more. I asked what they recommended, "Pilates." Several days later I attended a Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting at "15 to Fit" in Huntersville, NC.
It has been 30 days and do I feel great. For the record, I have several artificial parts in my legs and hips and after several classes I'm walking better and my over all core strength has improved. If you are looking improve your overall health I would suggest "15 to Fit." Pilates is for everyone, just ask the 2 Wake Forest Football players who have taken a class.

Love this studio! Only 7 reformers, so you get personal training in every class. The vibe is so welcoming and they help you get the most out of your workout with one on one attention. Patrea is an expert and genuinely cares about making sure your form is correct to avoid injury. Highly highly recommend 15 to Fit.
