About the Club

We currently offer Pilates equipment and fitness classes and one on one instruction in which we educate, motivate, and support our clients to improve their health and fitness.

We are here to make a positive impact on our community and help others develop a LOVE for fitness. We work hard but have a good time doing it. We exist to support and educate our community on how to safely achieve the toned, healthy bodies they want in a fun and encouraging environment. We strive to develop and follow fully integrated systems and provide the best results in all that we do.

Our studio is located in Mooresville right off of Exit 33 on Williamson Road.

I have had such a great experience at 15 To Fit! It is a super welcoming environment, and everyone really knows what they're doing, and makes sure you know what you're doing as well.
Every instructor I've worked with has been wonderful, and I have felt myself really progress, and have felt like even in the semi privates all my individual needs are met! All the instructors truly care about you knowing how to properly use the reformers, and give you plenty of modifications whether it's because you're injured or because you're more advanced. I would highly recommend the studio to anybody interested in Pilates at any level!

I can't say enough good things about 15 to Fit! The staff is incredibly patient, helpful and encouraging, which made me feel comfortable right away. As a complete beginner to Pilates, I have never felt lost, intimidated or left behind here, which speaks volumes to the dedication of the instructors. 15 to Fit is the best Pilates studio I've ever been to. Literally all of the instructors are phenomenal, all of the classes are very accessible, and I love their approach to Pilates.

All of the class sizes are small so you get plenty of attention, and the quality of the classes are much higher than at other studios. All of the trainers are great at what they do - - attentive, caring, very knowledgeable, and very personable. I cannot recommend 15 to Fit enough. I have no complaints about them whatsoever; I have literally only had great experiences with them.

If you're wanting to try out Pilates or looking for a new studio, 15 to Fit is a great option! I highly recommend it to everyone.

Every instructor is great. The workouts are varied so you never get bored. During classes everyone gets individualized attention, with the instructors very involved with every participant, encouraging each and making corrections or modifications as needed. I mainly use April for private sessions, and she is incredible! She’s fun as well as excellent at her job, and she always has planned a workout to meet my specific needs. 15 to Fit has been and continues to be a fantastic space where you get individual attention and correction because they keep the class size small. I've been taking private lessons, not classes with them since Feb 24' because of a health condition and what really stands out, is how accommodating my instructors have been during flare-ups. If I’ve had a particularly rough week with my condition, or if something has flared up, they don’t just push through the session. Instead, they modify everything—from the pace to the types of exercises—so that I can still participate without feeling overwhelmed or risking further discomfort. On those days, the focus shifts to gentler movements, mobility work, and building strength in a way that’s not too demanding. The instructors check in with me regularly, asking how I feel and adjusting on the fly to ensure my body is supported. I highly recommend 15 to Fit Pilates.

I had never done Pilates prior to joining 15 to Fit Method Pilates, and now I am obsessed 😍. I love the small class size. Even if the class is full (6), I feel like the trainer can still give attention to everyone in making sure we are doing the exercises correctly to get the full benefits of them. All of the trainers there are absolutely amazing. Each one has a different style, and have never felt like I am doing the same work out over and over. The trainers really care about you and when aware of any injuries, work with you throughout the session to give modifications if needed. They are like Jedi’s in a way, remembering everyone’s injuries without having to be told over and over again. If you are thinking about Pilates, this is the place to try it out. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve have had chronic pain from injuries for over ten years. I’ve tried every kind of workout under the sun and nothing gives me this tough of a workout without causing any pain. My trainer April is one of one. She is so knowledgeable about every muscle and movement. She pushes me without ever causing me pain or discomfort. This Pilates studio is a True GEM! 💎 I flew in specifically to learn Pilates technique from Patrea and she is the real deal; she is kind, knowledgeable and exudes passion in what she does. I would highly recommend this studio to everyone, from beginners who want to incorporate the practice of pilates into their lifestyle and even to someone who is more advanced or athletes/dancers. I came to 15 to Fit having done Pilates in the past- several years ago. Their intro class and private lesson availability got me comfortable being on the reformer again. Their small class size allowed me to transition into the semi-private classes seamlessly. The class size allows for hands on assistance from instructors to make sure your form is correct and that you are getting the most out of your class. The instructors are top notch and know when to push you to go further and offer modifications when needed if managing an injury. My daughter has been doing Pilates at 15 to Fit and she suggested I try it while I was visiting. Being in my 70s and not very active for a while, I was apprehensive that I could do it. The reformer was definitely intimidating at first, but after a few sessions with the amazing instructors I learned to like it. I feel stronger and more flexible and it really is a mind/body workout. I've had Catherine as my instructor and she is great! She is patient, is aware of my limitations and really gives the best cues on body placement. I have taken Pilates classes at a lot of different studios over the years. However, I have never received the hands on instruction like I have in private classes at 15 to fit with Patrea. On my third visit, she recommended that I met with a physical therapist, which lead me to get a diagnosis/treatment I should have probably received years earlier. My experience as a student at 15 to Fit has been amazing. All of the instructors are patient, supportive, encouraging, and knowledgable. The environment is welcoming and inclusive. I suffer with vertigo and sometimes will need modifications to something we are doing. Not only are the instructors quick to accommodate my needs, I never feel judged by the others in class.
It do not always make it a priority and will sometimes find an excuse, however when I go I leave feeling stronger, happier, and more balanced emotionally and physically.

I am so thankful to have found 15 to Fit! From the first time I tried pilates years ago, I fell in love with it. It wasn't until coming here, over a year ago, and working so closely with April, Stephanie, and Patrea, that I really gained a better understanding of my body and the way it should move. As someone with hypermobility who injures easily, they have all been so patient with me and taken a great deal of time to listen and understand how to work with me and push me in a way that has built my confidence (and strength!) tremendously. Highly recommend 15 to Fit! Have been going with my husband for 3 months now and completely love it. We work from home and didnt have a workout routine but now pilates has helped our postures and stick to a routine!! Pilates was and still is a new chapter for me. Truthfully, I hesitated several times on simply trying a few intro classes at local studios out of fear. I’m introverted + I care too much about what people think, so trying something new really elevates that fear for me. Eventually, I mustered up the courage to put myself out there and try a few places. A few of the initial places I went to felt cold and as though I was just a membership sale that needed to be won. They really pushed hard on trying to get me to join right away and also asked me a lot of questions about the other locations I was trying. No one really asked me about my personal goals or my specific needs— just if I liked the class. Nothing more then that.

15 to Fit was my last stop. It was kind of out of the way for me, but I decided to try this studio anyways because I’ve heard of the benefits of doing pilates and was determined to find the right fit. I booked my intro session with Patrea, the owner. When we met, she was so warm and inviting, and she made me laugh right away. I needed that. She took her time with me and made sure to understand my goals and my specific needs. She was also very intentional about making sure I was comfortable, never in pain, and that I understood the benefits of the movements I was learning and performing. The decision to join was an easy one. I joined that day— private + semi private classes. In fact, I’ve worked with all of the instructors and EVERY one of them is amazing! I don’t even look for which instructor is teaching when I book my sessions— I just pick the time slots that work best for me because they all are literally that great. Each person is unique, challenges you without overstepping any limits or boundaries, and actually really cares that you are doing okay. In addition, the people who go to this studio for classes are so friendly and kind. The diversity in gender is also refreshing as men and women attend classes. As someone who is recovering from domestic violence and trying to improve my mobility and hip strength/flexibility, I will tell you that this is absolutely one of the most supportive environments I’ve been in.

I’ve been an avid cyclist and triathlete for 13 years. I was hit by a car in 2017 breaking my lumbar spine. Since then I thought I’d fully recovered but 8 months ago had a severe setback most likely related to scar tissue in my back and around my sciatic nerve. I found 15 to fit Pilates in hopes of helping my back issues I’d been having and gaining muscle tone. A mom friend of mine mentioned how much she loved her Pilates studio. She told me it has gotten her in the best shape she has ever been in. Her enthusiasm peaked my interest as I was looking for a way to work my core and other muscles without injuring myself. I am a runner. I also have scoliosis and get lower back pain and sciatic nerve pain. My posture is dreadful! So I knew if I was going to try Pilates it was necessary to go to a place that focuses on proper form. My friend invited me to try one of the free classes for first timers. I was petrified and excited to try it at the same time. After the first class I was hooked. The staff and owner are so positive and supportive. The class sizes are small. The classes are always different so it never gets boring & after almost a year...zero back pain and no pinched nerves. The other clients range from young to 80+ year olds. The best thing is everyone is able to work at their own pace and adapt to what suits them. There are different levels of classes as well. Client feedback is a huge part of the success. They listen to what we want more of/less of, etc and cha he thugs around accordingly. It is the highlight of many days and always a good workout.

I have tried various exercise modes and found that most were run as get the bodies in franchises with barely trained staff (I had done pilates in London with pros), and did not target the areas that most needed to be focused on. Then Patrea opened 15 to fit. I started with private lessons and quickly ascertained that Patrea was a pro, and extremely well trained. She quickly worked out my strengths and weak points and modified the exercises according to my abilities. My core, abs, legs and ams were strengthened without my back and neck being damaged. Bonus, I have also lost weight!! Pilates is a form of exercise that can be tailored to the participants varying abilities in the class or in private sessions. There are also various classes from beginners to advanced. The change in my strength, abilities and endurance is amazing. My back instantly tells me when I haven't been for a few days. I now go to group classes with people of all ages, men & women. Patrea and Kim will modify the exercises if necessary, and also make sure all individual class members are doing the exercises correctly. Pilates, barre & fitness classes are fun with a great atmosphere in the classes.
