Wish I could give this gym a higher star rating! Everything you need for a great workout, friendly and helpful people and an all around positive vibe there every day. I have been training with Lisa and she has been a total game changer in my workout journey. I feel more confident in the gym and have had amazing results physically. She is patient, kind and pushes you in just the right way to keep you encouraged! Highly recommend both the gym and Lisa if you’re in need of a trainer.

Great 24/7 Gym with No Hassle

I went to this gym while I was attending school in the area for a couple of months. I was specifically looking for a true 24-hour gym that was actually open day and night without weird closing times. I tried Planet Fitness first, but their hours didn’t work for me—I like to work out late at night.

Then I found 24Fit and met Jay. The signup process was quick and easy, and he gave me my own key so I could access the gym whenever I wanted. No waiting, no restrictions. Super convenient.

I’ve also canceled before when I left town, and there were zero hidden fees or hassle—just a smooth process. Now, whenever I’m back in town, I make it a point to stop by for a quick workout. Highly recommend!

My gym. I like one of the other reviewer's comment: "Tiny but mighty" It has most of the equipment needed for a good workout. Being a small gym, you tend to be more mindful of your space. As others have said, it is CLEAN.

I had a great time at this tiny but mighty gym. I was in town for a few days and wanted to grab a quick session, super nice to be able to pay for a day pass and it not be a hassle. This gym had everything you needed for a good pump: Indoor machines, free weights, cardio machines, two smith machines, plus outdoor rack and plates. The owner was really friendly and helpful, even this cute little older client helped me out with a machine I had never used before. Def check it out for a travel spot or daily practice

This is the best gym in Wilmington. It's clean, well maintained, and has everything you need from free weights to nautilus to cardio. It's bright and airy inside and the owners boys are extremely helpful. I love that I can truly access it 24/7 because I can't find that anywhere else.

Best of the best! I surf and aging has rendered me with aches and unwanted poundage. I saw this gym nearby my neighborhood, I inquired membership and good fortune came my way. After 5 months of morning routines of resistance and calesthetics, I dropped 55 pounds, and aches have abated. I’m riding short boards that I hadn’t been able to popped up on in 10 yrs. Hours are insanely flexible. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and accommodating sharing their wealth of knowledge in training tips and nutrition. Workout crowd is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered in any gyms. Machines and equipment are well tended to. My wife utilizes personal trainer Lisa, and has had amazing progression and results. Jay greets me early in the morning and provides me with positive motivation. I can’t say enough, and the cost is insanely affordable.

24 Fit is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's a small, friendly gym. With excellent staff, and great equipment. It's very reasonably priced, with no contracts or extra fees. There is indoor and outdoor workout space. And a shower if you need it. They also have personal training as well. It's conveniently located in the heart of Ogden right off of Market Street near Middle Sound Loop Road.

I’ve been a member of many other gyms but since joining 24 Fit, I finally feel like I’ve found somewhere that doesn’t make me feel intimidated. Instead I am very comfortable, welcomed, and part of a team. The machines are clean, and everyone is so nice! I also really love the fact that the gym is so easily accessible 24 hours a day. I visit Wilmington about 3 times a year and I found this place and tried it based on google reviews. I workout 4 times a week, and this gym is absolutely the best. It's small, but very well laid out and I've never had to wait for a piece of gear. Jay (the owner) is absolutely the best. I believe his philosophy to be that everyone should be able to work out whenever they want - and this is completely reflected in how he quickly adds you to the system, and gets you your access fob. You are on the floor in moments. He has curated every piece of gear also, so whatever your work out needs are, he's got you covered. The place is incredibly well maintained also. There has never been any broken or missing equipment ever. I also appreciate the assortment of clientele - EVERY age range and body type (no kidding). Everyone is respectful also - no one bugs you - and is really there to just work out. It's an enjoyable experience. 24 Fit has really snagged this customer for life.

First, let me say that this gym is amazing!! Coming from Myrtle beach, where I’m used to big gyms with a lot of people, this place is such a hidden gem. Amazing gym! It’s a monthly fee, no contracts. If you need to stop, just let them know. Cleaned multiple times a day. Open whenever you want to go, even on the holidays. And with Wilmingtons bipolar weather they also have outside equipment for really warm winter days with overhead covering for that random shower.

The only thing keeping them from a five star review is the fact that their squat rack is outside and is very sketchy. Sketchy as in it isn't held down in place, it is very wobbly. They also don't have a dedicated bench for bench press. All bench pressing must be done on the sketchy squat rack.
Other than that, this is an excellent gym at an excellent price. No contract! No bank account required! Twenty-five dollars a month is the price. The first month will cost $45 since you need to buy the access key. every month thereafter will be just $20.

Edit: I am not currently attending the gym in question, but the owner says that the squat rack is now bolted down. I'm keeping the review at four stars due to the squat being outside.
