Such a great place to workout. It is always clean, organized and had comfortable temperatures (as I get hot easily). Staff members are always helpful, kind, patient, informative and knowledgeable. All of the equipment is up to date and in good working condition. Plenty types of equipment for everyone to use and several variations of equipment for all of your workout needs. Several sanitizing stations. The price is awesome and budget friendly.

Due to my employment, I need a gym that is open at strange hours and this is the only place in Lenoir county that caters to that niche population in the area. The owner, Bob, is a good guy and even offers some training if asked. He is often times in the gym, so setting up a meeting is extremely easy. They have just about everything you can think of in regards to equipment.
