This was the best gym in Boone! I've been going here since January and unfortunately came to renew my membership a little too late when I got back from summer vacation. John was always so friendly, greeting me everytime I came in and always thanking me as I was leaving. The gym was always clean and in order, the equipment was great and I always felt welcome at 78 Fitness. I'm extremely upset that this gym closed down but I'm grateful I got to chance to know John and I wish him the best in all of his future endeavors!

This was one of the best bare bones gyms anyone could've ever gone to. 78 Fitness had a good range of equipment that did what they needed to do all for a great price at $25 a month. This gym had one of the best friendly atmospheres thanks to the owner John who was always ready to greet anybody with a truly genuine smile followed up by a sincere goodbye whenever anyone finished their workout. Great facilities always kept in working order, mostly by John himself, along with fantastic people filling up the place in peak times always ready to help with others or just just a friendly "hello". Thank you John for all the good times provided by 78 Fitness its been great, and good luck to all your future endeavors.

I could not have asked for a better gym to come to while staying here in Boone. John the owner was so incredibly welcoming to me and made me feel right at home. Clean bathrooms & equipment as well. I will be back to Boone soon and will always come back to 78 Fitness!
Thank you John for everything. It seriously was a pleasure lifting in your gym.

John the owner is a great guy, friendly environment. Visiting our friend at App, in town for a couple days, stopped at several gyms and this was by far the easiest access, clean and convenient. Would 10/10 recommend it and next time I visit will be back at this gym.

This is a great gym with lots of training machines. 4 barbell racks. Full set of dumbbells. John, the owner, is a very nice and friendly guy. The place is clean and taken care of well. Showers with soap and towels are provided as well. Not many people know about it, so you don't have to wait in line to get to barbell or machine.
