Since starting training with Jennifer many years ago, I have seen an improvement in my overall fitness and strength thanks to Jennifer’s personalized approach and ability to adapt workouts based on my fitness level.

Jennifer is such a gifted trainer, and working out with her has been completely life changing for me. I contacted her when I was recovering from an injury, and the unique program she developed has helped me significantly improve my balance, endurance, strength, and confidence. She invites feedback, customizes training based on what you need, and works out with you. I love her guidance on form and mechanics to get the most out of each exercise. As an added bonus, she helps me look at my health from a holistic point of view and provides support in setting realistic goals for what I want to achieve in regard to my overall health. But by far the best part for me is that I no longer see working out as another “to do” on my list; I look forward to our sessions because she is so fun to be with and she keeps the workouts interesting with a lot of variety.

Jennifer is an AMAZING trainer and just overall human! I was in Charlotte for the summer and she custom made a plan for me for the short time I was here, which she was happy to do and I so appreciate. Her studio is a very safe, non-judgmental environment where everyone feels welcome. She even let my parents come for a session so they could be exposed to personal training! Jennifer also made it a point to do every workout with me (while playing an awesome variety of music) so I never felt alone in the struggle of the workouts and she was a constant motivator. I absolutely loved training with Jennifer and would recommend working with her to anybody in Charlotte (or even coming to Charlotte short term like me)! Thank you Jennifer!

Jennifer's classes are great. She does a wonderful job of total workout of all muscles and offers personal attention to each person. It is a good cardio, strength and balance and overall workout experience. I would highly recommend A Better Body Fitness for workout classes.

I worked with Jennifer for about 4 years before COVID and lost about 85 pounds. I had to quit during COVID and have just recently returned. So far I have lost 12 pounds. I look forward to our time together as we have interesting conversations about exercise and diet. She keenly watches to be sure I make all moves safely. Jennifer has been my Personal Trainer for a year now. Prior to coming to A Better Body, I was terrified of working out. I suffer from herniated discs in my lower back and one wrong move can keep me immobile for weeks. Jennifer designed each workout around back care and strengthening core muscles. Now, a year later, I am stronger than I have been since my 20's! I am JOGGING!!! I never thought I'd be able to run again after my back injury.

I love Jennifer's flexibility and her use of multiple workout regimens. Every few weeks she changes up the routine which keeps working out fun and it also engages different muscle groups. I highly recommend A Better Body Fitness and I am so grateful to have my physical confidence back!

I love Jennifer! She has a very personal touch and the classes are small. There is no judging at A Better Body Fitness. I started in absolutely horrendous physical condition and everyone there encouraged and supported me. I've been going for a year now and I am much stronger and have TONS more energy. Jennifer is excellent at modifications. If you have an issue that prevents you from doing the exercises the way everyone else does them, she can immediately give you a modification that you will be able to handle. I have rheumatoid arthritis and with Jennifer's help, I am stronger and my joints hurt less. I just can't say enough good about A Better Body Fitness. If you've been thinking that you'd like to get fit, give Jennifer an opportunity to hep you do it. Her personal training is phenomenal. Best decision I ever made.
