Recently joined this gym and so far I really like it. It's smaller than some that I've been a member of in the past but management is good to work with and I haven't had any issues so far. They have everything you need and the monthly dues are reasonable too.
I'd definitely recommend checking this place out if you live in the area.

It's 58 degrees inside the Nashville gym and there is ALWAYS weights left on the equipment or dumbbells left out for other people to pick up. We pay to exercise there, not to pick up after careless people. Pictures are included. UPDATE 2/01/24 Weights still left out including plates left on the curl bar that was put away. An inch of moldy dust caked on the ceiling fans blowing on the patrons.

Open 24 hours, and 7 days a week. There are plenty of machines and free weights so there is no waiting. It is always clean and sanitary. The owners make available sanitary wipes and hand sanitizer for your use as well.

I come out from Oregon for 6 weeks every year (or try)....had everything you need and nothing you didn’t. Love the music and that it’s 24/7...the owners are great folks. Highly recommended

Small and a little outdated, but clean and the machines work. Definitely a benefit that it is open 24/7. TVs on the machines don't work, but I don't really care about that. High energy music plays on the sound system.
