Can’t say enough about how much I love this gym ran by Dustin and Macy. They are incredible coaches, and Brandon as well. I knew absolutely nothing about CrossFit when I started, hadn’t even been part of a gym before, and they were so helpful with their teachings and encouragement. And not just the main coaches! All the members were super friendly and taught me many things. I learned a lot in an environment that welcomed it. Was I unsure walking in? Absolutely, but I'm so glad I gave it a try. They made working out fun and exciting with the goals they helped me reach and their positivity. I loved their approach to fitness, how they tackled it inside and out by educating on nutrition, recovery, and how to train for your individual needs. I have before and will continue to recommend Aftermath Fitness to everyone! Jut try it out, seriously.

I was a little hesitant to try CrossFit at first because I felt like it might be for elite athletes only. Turns out it is a lot of fun working out in a group versus a boring routine at a regular gym. The workouts are different everyday. This is for everyone as well regardless of what kind of shape you’re in. All of the workouts are easily scaled to accommodate your fitness level. Everyone here is very friendly and supportive of each other. CrossFit combines strength training and cardio together in a workout that’s normally less than an hour. So far thanks to great coaching from Dustin and Mike and healthier eating choices Ive lost 56lbs and feel better then ever. Whatever your fitness goals are they can certainly help you achieve them here. I am very thankful I found this gym as it has been quite the game changer in my life!

I’m one of those people that always hated going to the gym due to lack of knowledge of equipment, not having a defined workout goal, and comparing my (lack) of progress with more seasoned and fit gym members. At Aftermath Fitness I get a lot of one-on-one help and follow-up from the coaches and gym owners. Each workout I am instructed on each exercise and movement with a special attention to technique and physical health to prevent injuries and promote longevity. I love the fact that each workout can be adapted to each member’s fitness level and experience. The workouts are challenging, in a good way, and I highly recommend it to anyone of any age and fitness level that are looking for a great workout and a sense of community.

Best CrossFit style gym in the foothills! The classes are great- the coaches modify the workouts to accommodate any level of fitness, and the open gym access can’t be beat! Love not having to wait in line for a rack.

All the other reviews will tell you that the programming is great, the coaches are amazing and actually caring, and the equipment is top tier (which I agree with!), but this is also by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in. It is immaculate all the time. And while that’s certainly nice in and of itself, it’s also a reflection of the owners and how much they love this place and want it to be perfect for all the members - and that trickles down to the programming, the equipment, the coaches and the overall kindness and caring in this place. Couldn’t imagine working out anywhere else.

Before going To my first class, I had email communication with one of the coaches. They were able to answer my questions and had a quick response time. When I showed up for my first class the coach greeted me, and was able to explain the workout and demonstrate the movements. The movements were modified as needed so I still got a good workout even if I couldn’t follow the workout as prescribed. Everyone there was friendly. There was no pressure to join. So far, I give them 5 stars!
